1. Claims (11)

1. Способ присоединения поликарбонатной подложки к раме, включающий:
соединение покрытой поликарбонатной подложки, которая является по меньшей мере частично прозрачной или полупрозрачной, с рамой при помощи полиуретанового клея при отсутствии грунтовки на подложке, где клей по существу не содержит растворитель; и
отверждение клея, где клей отверждается влагой, и отвержденный клей образует соединение между поликарбонатной подложкой и рамой.

8. Изделие по п.7, в котором поликарбонат дополнительно содержит автомобильное окно, и рама дополнительно содержит автомобильную оконную раму.
9. Изделие по п.8, в котором клей содержит силоксан, привитой на полиуретановую основную цепь, полиуретановую основную цепь с концевой силильной группой, смесь полиуретана и силоксана или их комбинации.
10. Изделие по п.5, в котором поликарбонатная подложка с жестким покрытием по существу не имеет образования микротрещин.
11. Изделие по п.5, в котором поликарбонатная подложка с жестким покрытием по существу не имеет отслаивания.
