Claims (12)

1. Радиатор с излучающей пластиной (1), содержащий излучающую пластину (2), снабженную по меньшей мере одним желобком (3), в который вставлена трубка (5), содержащая теплоноситель, отличающийся тем, что поверхности трубки (5) находятся в непосредственном контакте с поверхностями желобка (3), в который она вставлена без использования клея.
2. Радиатор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что кромки (6) открывающейся наружу части желобка (3) сходятся между собой.
3. Радиатор по п.2, отличающийся тем, что желобок (3) имеет круглый профиль.
4. Радиатор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что трубка (5) вставлена в желобок (3) посредством прессования.
5. Радиатор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что трубка (5) вставлена в желобок (3) посредством прокатки.
6. Радиатор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержит по меньшей мере один коллектор (9), с которым соединяется трубка (5).
7. Радиатор по п.6, отличающийся тем, что содержит второй коллектор (15), причем трубка (5) присоединена между первым и вторым коллекторами (9, 15).
8. Радиатор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержит по меньшей мере один элемент электрического сопротивления (17), предназначенный для нагревания теплоносителя, содержащегося в трубке (5).
9. Радиатор по п.8, отличающийся тем, что элемент электрического сопротивления (17) размещен по меньшей мере в одном коллекторе (9, 15).
10. Способ производства радиатора с излучающей пластиной (1), включающий формирование по меньшей мере одного желобка (3) на пластине (2) и размещение в каждом желобке (3) трубки (5) для теплоносителя, отличающийся тем, что трубку (5) вставляют в желобок (3) посредством прессования без применения клея.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что трубку (5) вставляют в желобок (3) посредством прокатки.
12. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что к пластине (2) прикрепляют по меньшей мере один коллектор (9, 15), который прикрепляют к трубке (5).
