Claims (21)
1. Устройство для послойного изготовления трехмерного объекта (3) посредством затвердевания материала, который затвердевает с помощью электромагнитного излучения (7), содержащее источник (6) электромагнитного излучения (7), строительное пространство для изготовления трехмерного объекта (3) и окно связи для пропускания электромагнитного излучения (7) в строительное пространство, отличающееся тем, что содержит нагревательный элемент (16) для нагревания окна связи.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором окно связи имеет служащую для фокусирования электромагнитного излучения (7) линзу.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором окно связи имеет защитное стекло.
4. Устройство по п.1, в котором нагревательный элемент (16) прикреплен к окну связи.
5. Устройство по любому из пп.1-4, в котором нагревательный элемент (16) имеет проволочную намотку (20), которая расположена вокруг края окна связи.
6. Устройство по п.1, в котором нагревательный элемент (16) содержит слой (21) из электрически проводящего материала, который нанесен вакуумным напылением или напечатан на краю окна связи.
7. Устройство по п.6, в котором электрически проводящий материал является металлом или графитом.
8. Устройство по п.1, в котором нагревательный элемент (16) содержит электрически проводящую фольгу (21), которая нанесена на край окна связи.
9. Устройство по п.8, в котором электрически проводящая фольга (21) является металлической или графитной фольгой или покрытой проводящим материалом несущей фольгой.
10. Устройство по любому из пп.6-9, в котором электрически проводящий слой или фольга (21) структурированы.
11. Устройство по п.10, в котором электрически проводящий слой или фольга (21) выполнены в форме меандра.
12. Устройство по любому из пп.1-4 или любому из пп.6-9, в котором окно связи удерживается в оправе (14), и нагревательный элемент (16) содержит электрические проводники (17), которые выведены наружу через прорезь (18) в оправе (14).
13. Устройство по любому из пп.1-4 или любому из пп.6-9, в котором температура окна связи является регулируемой.
14. Устройство по п.13, в котором температура окна связи определяется с помощью дополнительно предусмотренного датчика температуры.
15. Устройство по п.13, в котором температура окна связи определяется посредством измерения тока и напряжения нагревательного элемента (16).
16. Устройство по любому из пп.1-4 или любому из пп.6-9, содержащее устройство для обдува окна связи газом.
17. Способ послойного изготовления трехмерного объекта (3) посредством затвердевания материала затвердеваемого с помощью электромагнитного излучения (7), в котором испускаемое источником (6) электромагнитное излучение (7) пропускают через окно связи в служащее для изготовления трехмерного объекта (3) строительное пространство, отличающийся тем, что нагревают окно связи во время послойного изготовления трехмерного объекта (3).
18. Способ по п.17, в котором регулируют температуру окна связи.
19. Способ по п.18, в котором температуру окна связи определяют с помощью дополнительно предусмотренного датчика температуры.
20. Способ по п.18, в котором температуру окна связи определяют посредством измерения тока и напряжения нагревательного элемента.
21. Способ по любому из пп.17-20, в котором окно связи дополнительно обдувают газом.
