Claims (25)

1. Устройство, содержащее средства для создания ванны полиуретановой смеси между намазывающим валиком и натяжным валиком, расположенной поперек и с изнаночной стороны полотна неотделанного ковра, причем полиуретановая смесь содержит полиол, изоцианат, наполнитель и катализатор, и средства для нанесения полиуретановой смеси с помощью не менее одного намазывающего валика и натяжного валика по мере движения полотна неотделанного ковра в боковом направлении относительно намазывающего валика и натяжного валика с формированием на изнаночной стороне полотна неотделанного ковра покрытия, которое начинает отверждаться, превращаясь во вспененный полиуретан.
2. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее средства для формирования ванны полиуретановой смеси с помощью сжатого воздуха.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором средства для создания ванны содержат средства для распределения полиуретановой смеси между намазывающим валиком и натяжным валиком, причем указанные средства для распределения выполнены с возможностью совершать боковые колебательные движения поперек полотна неотделанного ковра между намазывающим валиком и натяжным валиком.
4. Устройство по п.3, в котором упомянутые средства для распределения содержат некоторое множество распределительных головок, совершающих боковые колебательные движения поперек полотна неотделанного ковра между намазывающим валиком и натяжным валиком.
5. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее прижимной валик, установленный между намазывающим валиком и натяжным валиком на лицевой стороне полотна неотделанного ковра и предназначенный для создания усилия, воздействующего на полотно неотделанного ковра в направлении намазывающего валика и натяжного валика.
6. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее ультразвуковые средства, расположенные после намазывающего валика по ходу процесса и предназначенные для углубления проникновения полиуретановой смеси в изнаночную сторону неотделанного ковра.
7. Устройство для нанесения полиуретановой смеси на изнаночную сторону полотна неотделанного ковра, содержащее натяжной валик, вращающийся в первом направлении, намазывающий валик, установленный возле натяжного валика и вращающийся во втором направлении, противоположном первому направлению, причем натяжной валик и намазывающий валик расположены поперек и возле пути следования полотна неотделанного ковра на изнаночной стороне неотделанного ковра, натяжной валик выполнен с возможностью вращения в направлении, противоположном направлению подачи полотна неотделанного ковра, а намазывающий валик выполнен с возможностью вращения в направлении подачи полотна неотделанного ковра, и распределитель, выполненный с возможностью создания ванны полиуретановой смеси между натяжным валиком и намазывающим валиком.
8. Устройство по п.7, в котором натяжной валик установлен выше намазывающего валика, если смотреть в направлении технологического пути следования полотна неотделанного ковра.
9. Устройство по п.7, в котором натяжной валик и намазывающий валик расположены над траекторией следования полотна неотделанного ковра.
10. Устройство по п.7, в котором натяжной валик выполнен с возможностью вращения со скоростью, отличающейся от скорости перемещения полотна неотделанного ковра.
11. Устройство по п.7, в котором намазывающий валик выполнен с возможностью вращения со скоростью, отличающейся от скорости перемещения полотна неотделанного ковра.
12. Устройство по п.7, в котором намазывающий валик выполнен с возможностью вращения с первой скоростью, а натяжной валик выполнен с возможностью вращения со второй скоростью.
13. Устройство по п.12, в котором первая скорость и вторая скорость различаются.
14. Устройство по п.7, в котором зазор между намазывающим валиком и натяжным валиком выполнен регулируемым.
15. Устройство по п.7, в котором распределитель содержит, по меньшей мере, одну распределительную головку, выполненную с возможностью совершать боковые колебания между намазывающим валиком и натяжным валиком поперек пути следования полотна неотделанного ковра.
16. Устройство по п.7, в котором распределитель содержит некоторое множество распределительных головок, выполненных с возможностью совершать боковые колебания между намазывающим валиком и натяжным валиком поперек пути следования полотна неотделанного ковра.
17. Устройство по п.7, в котором натяжной валик вращается со скоростью, которая меньше скорости перемещения полотна неотделанного ковра.
18. Устройство по п.7, в котором намазывающий валик вращается со скоростью, которая больше скорости перемещения полотна неотделанного ковра.
19. Устройство по п.7, дополнительно содержащее прижимной валик, установленный между намазывающим валиком и натяжным валиком и расположенный поперек и возле пути следования полотна неотделанного ковра напротив намазывающего валика и натяжного валика, причем прижимной валик установлен с возможностью оказывать на полотно неотделанного ковра усилие, действующее в направлении намазывающего валика и натяжного валика.
20. Устройство по п.7, дополнительно содержащее ультразвуковое устройство, расположенное ниже по ходу технологического процесса относительно намазывающего валика, и способное прикладывать к полотну неотделанного ковра ультразвуковую энергию для более глубокого проникновения полиуретановой смеси в изнаночную сторону неотделанного ковра.
21. Устройство по п.7, дополнительно содержащее, по меньшей мере, один сдавливающий элемент, установленный напротив, по меньшей мере, одного намазывающего валика и натяжного валика и выполненный с возможностью сдавливать находящийся между ними неотделанный ковер.
22. Устройство по п.21, в котором по меньшей мере один сдавливающий элемент содержит по меньшей мере один валик.
23. Устройство по п.7, дополнительно содержащее первый сдавливающий элемент, расположенный напротив натяжного валика и способный сдавливать находящийся между ними неотделанный ковер, и второй сдавливающий элемент, расположенный напротив намазывающего валика и способный сдавливать находящийся между ними неотделанный ковер.
24. Устройство по п.23, в котором первый сдавливающий элемент содержит первый валик, а второй сдавливающий элемент содержит второй валик.
25. Устройство по п.7, дополнительно содержащее воздушную преграду, выполненную с возможностью с помощью сжатого воздуха поддерживать форму ванны полиуретановой смеси.
