本发明涉及PVC编制技术领域，且公开了一种PVC编制地毯加工用涂胶装置，所述安装座顶端固定连接有框架，框架顶端固定安装有橡胶块，橡胶块内侧开设有入料口，扇叶下端活动连接有极管，橡胶块右端下方活动连接有作用杆，作用杆外侧活动连接有强力弹簧，作用杆后端活动连接有驱动杆，驱动杆顶端活动连接有切块。该PVC编制地毯加工用涂胶装置，作用杆形成一定的偏移角度，强力弹簧由默认的压缩状变为伸展状，强力弹簧推动驱动杆向地毯偏移，驱动杆顶端的切块对地毯进行剪切，解决了传统的装置还不具备自动剪切功能的问题，替代了手工剪切，更为快捷便利，加快了地毯的生产效率，节省了宝贵的时间成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC编制技术领域，具体为一种PVC编制地毯加工用涂胶装置。
背景技术
地毯是采用聚氯乙烯树脂材料生产的地毯，具体是以聚氯乙烯及其共聚树脂为主要原料，加入填充料、增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂等辅料，在片状连续的基材上，经均匀混炼、涂敷工艺或经压延、挤压工艺塑制而成，可以代替纯毛地毯和化纤地毯使用。
PVC编制地毯加工成型后，为了达到防摩及防滑的目的，需要对地毯上刷胶，在使用过程中，刷过胶的一面与地面接触，传统刷胶工艺主要由人工进行，不仅效率低，而且刷胶不均匀，直接影响到地毯的质量及使用寿命；不仅如此，传统的装置还不具备自动剪切的功能，手工剪切较为麻烦，影响地毯的生产效率，因此一种PVC编制地毯加工用涂胶装置应运而生。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种PVC编制地毯加工用涂胶装置，具备胶水涂覆均匀和自动剪切的优点，解决了传统的装置一般胶水涂覆不够均匀和手工剪切较为麻烦，的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述胶水涂覆均匀和未干的胶水不会粘到无需刷胶的一端的目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种PVC编制地毯加工用涂胶装置，包括安装座，所述安装座顶端固定连接有框架，框架顶端固定安装有橡胶块，橡胶块内侧开设有入料口，入料口下端活动连接有扇叶，扇叶下端活动连接有极管，橡胶块右端下方活动连接有作用杆，作用杆外侧活动连接有强力弹簧，作用杆后端活动连接有驱动杆，驱动杆顶端活动连接有切块；
所述极管前端活动连接有转盘，转盘内部中间活动连接有支撑杆，支撑杆前端活动连接有圆盘，圆盘轴心处活动连接有不完全齿轮，不完全齿轮右侧套接有皮带，转盘轴心处活动连接有旋转部件，旋转部件后端活动连接有匀化盘，旋转部件轴心处活动连接有传动带，匀化盘底端活动连接有地毯，皮带右端活动连接有滚筒。
优选的，所述安装座顶端且位于橡胶块外侧活动连接有框架，安装座为一种金属铁材质且关于转盘中心对称，这种结构具有了有效性和易用性。
优选的，所述转盘内侧且位于支撑杆底端转动连接有不完全齿轮，不完全齿轮上分布有规格不同的齿牙且为一种金属不锈钢材质，这种结构具有了有效性和安全性。
优选的，所述不完全齿轮通过皮带活动连接有滚筒，皮带长度比传动带长度长，这种结构具有稳定性和安全性。
优选的，所述转盘背面且位于橡胶块下方活动连接有极管，极管数量共有两个且关于转盘中心对称，这种结构具有稳定性和易用性。
优选的，所述旋转部件后端且位于传动带后端活动连接有匀化盘，旋转部件外侧设置有涂覆机构且内部设置有与匀化盘轴心处齿牙相适配的螺纹，这种结构具有有效性和安全性。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比，本发明提供了一种PVC编制地毯加工用涂胶装置，具备以下有益效果：
1、该PVC编制地毯加工用涂胶装置，通过入料口受重力向下作用并且带动扇叶运行，原料通过扇叶的旋转匀化涌入极管内，极管推动支撑杆逆时针转动，旋转部件转动时其顶端的涂覆料，逐渐向下流动至匀化盘边缘且内部设置有间歇机构，从而对其均匀涂覆，旋转部件带动匀化盘逆时针运行，地毯通过圆盘和匀化盘的皮带的作用，使均匀涂覆好的地毯卷入在滚筒上，从而使地毯分布更均匀，具有了自动化功能，不仅效率高，而且刷胶均匀，提高了地毯的质量及使用寿命。
2、该PVC编制地毯加工用涂胶装置，通过滚筒随着圆盘的运行而同步运作，橡胶块底端活动连接有作用杆，圆盘随着缠绕的增多表面积而逐步增大，作用杆形成一定的偏移角度，强力弹簧由默认的压缩状变为伸展状，强力弹簧推动驱动杆向地毯偏移，驱动杆顶端的切块对地毯进行剪切，解决了传统的装置还不具备自动剪切功能的问题，替代了手工剪切，更为快捷便利，加快了地毯的生产效率，节省了宝贵的时间成本。

在使用时，首先检查本发明的安装固定以及安全防护，用手将地毯19通过圆盘13和匀化盘17联通在一起，再将原料从入料口4内加入，启动驱动部件，入料口4受重力向下作用并且带动扇叶5运行，原料通过扇叶5的旋转匀化涌入极管6内，极管6推动支撑杆12逆时针转动，转盘11随之运行，转盘11内啮合有不完全齿轮14，不完全齿轮14随之运行，转盘11在传动带18的作用下带动旋转部件16运行，旋转部件16转动时其顶端的涂覆料，逐渐向下流动至匀化盘17边缘且内部设置有间歇机构，从而对其均匀涂覆，旋转部件16带动匀化盘17逆时针运行，地毯19通过圆盘13和匀化盘17的皮带15的作用，使均匀涂覆好的地毯卷入在滚筒20上；

与此同时，圆盘13轴心处活动连接有滚筒20，滚筒20随着圆盘13的运行而同步运作，橡胶块3底端活动连接有作用杆7，圆盘13随着缠绕的增多表面积而逐步增大，对作用杆7进行挤压，作用杆7形成一定的偏移角度，强力弹簧8由默认的压缩状变为伸展状，强力弹簧8推动驱动杆9向地毯19偏移，驱动杆9顶端的切块10对地毯19进行剪切，从而达到了自动剪切的效果。
