Claims (17)

1. Зажим из материала, поддающегося тепловой сварке, для использования с трубопроводами, также изготовленными из материала, поддающегося тепловой сварке, снабженный двумя сегментами, которые в собранном виде охватывают трубу по всей длине окружности и могут быть жестко соединены друг с другом своими направленными навстречу друг другу опорными поверхностями, а также снабженный, по меньшей мере, одним нагревательным устройством, имеющим не менее одного нагревательного элемента, которое жестко соединено с внутренней поверхностью не менее чем одного из вышеупомянутых сегментов, отличающийся тем, что нагревательное устройство(3) в собранном состоянии соединено с внутренней поверхностью (1а) только первого сегмента(1), и нагревательное устройство (3) выступает за пределы опорных поверхностей (1б) с обеих сторон этого сегмента (1) в направлении второго сегмента (2).
2. Зажим по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нагревательное устройство (3) выступает за пределы опорных поверхностей (1б) по обеим сторонам, по меньшей мере, на 20°.
3. Зажим по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нагревательное устройство (3) в собранном виде охватывает, по меньшей мере, 70%, предпочтительнее 80-90% длины окружности трубы (4).
4. Зажим по п.2, отличающийся тем, что нагревательное устройство (3) в собранном виде охватывает, по меньшей мере, 70%, предпочтительнее 80-90% длины окружности трубы (4).
5. Зажим по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что на внутренней поверхности (2а) второго сегмента (2) выполнены углубления (9), которые в основном соответствуют толщине нагревательного устройства (3) и служат для вхождения в них выступающих за пределы первого сегмента (1) участков (3а) нагревательного устройства (3).
6. Зажим по п.4, отличающийся тем, что на внутренней поверхности (2а) второго сегмента (2) выполнены углубления (9), которые, в основном, соответствуют толщине нагревательного устройства (3) и служат для вхождения в них выступающих за пределы первого сегмента (1) участков (3а) нагревательного устройства (3).
7. Зажим по одному из пп.1-4 или 6, отличающийся тем, что в зоне сегмента (1), снабженного нагревательным устройством (3), выполнен патрубок (8), причем в нагревательном устройстве (3) выполнено отверстие (7), которое соответствует, по меньшей мере, внутреннему диаметру (d) патрубка (8).
8. Зажим по п.5, отличающийся тем, что в зоне сегмента (1), снабженного нагревательным устройством (3), выполнен патрубок (8), причем в нагревательном устройстве (3) выполнено отверстие (7), которое соответствует, по меньшей мере, внутреннему диаметру (d) патрубка (8).
9. Зажим по п.7, отличающийся тем, что величина внутреннего диаметра (d) патрубка (8) соответствует величине внутреннего диаметра (D) трубы (4).
10. Зажим по п.8, отличающийся тем, что величина внутреннего диаметра (d) патрубка (8) соответствует величине внутреннего диаметра (D) трубы (4).
11. Зажим по одному из пп.1-4 или 6, отличающийся тем, что на обращенных друг к другу опорных поверхностях (1б, 2б) сегментов (1, 2) выполнены центрирующие элементы.
12. Зажим по п.5, отличающийся тем, что на обращенных друг к другу опорных поверхностях (16, 26) сегментов (1, 2) выполнены центрирующие элементы.
13. Зажим по п.9, отличающийся тем, что центрирующие приспособления выполнены в виде выступов (10) и сопрягающихся с ними выемок (11) с возможностью вхождения в них выступов (10), выполненных на соответствующей противолежащей опорной поверхности (1б, 2б).
14. Зажим по одному из пп.1-4, 6, 9 или 13, отличающийся тем, что нагревательное устройство (3) состоит из эластичного пластика, в частности из термопластичного материала.
15. Зажим по п.5, отличающийся тем, что нагревательное устройство (3) состоит из эластичного пластика, в частности из термопластичного материала.
16. Зажим по п.7, отличающийся тем, что нагревательное устройство (3) состоит из эластичного пластика, в частности из термопластичного материала.
17. Зажим по п.11, отличающийся тем, что нагревательное устройство (3) состоит из эластичного пластика, в частности из термопластичного материала.
