技术领域
本发明涉及一种由热可焊材料制成的用于同样由可焊材料构成的管件的夹具,该夹具具有两个弓形体和加热装置,其中两个弓形体在装配状态下包围管件的整个圆周,并且可通过相互面对的支撑表面彼此固定,加热装置设置有固定到至少一个弓形体的内表面的至少一个热导体。
背景技术
采用配备有加热装置的热可焊材料的夹具来连接塑料管件以实现后续的管道连接以及修理目的是为人们所知的。将双弓形体夹具设置到要处理的管件上,并且将两个弓形体相互连接。随后给加热装置施加电流,并以如下方式加热内部热导体:使夹具的两个弓形体有效地彼此焊接并与管件焊接在一起。
为了确保彼此邻接的夹具弓形体的两个支撑表面的区域中的焊接连接的紧密密封,从DE 196 23 353 C1中可得知,可在两个弓形体的内表面都设置加热装置。加热装置被配置成采用交替突出齿伸出支撑表面,然后将这些齿置于相应的另一弓形体的对应间隙中。这些已知的夹具允许紧密的焊接连接,然而,在具有楔形齿系统的两个弓形体中安装加热装置的配置非常复杂,并因此非常昂贵。
发明内容
从这种情况出发,本发明的目的是创建一种最初提及的类型的夹具,其具有简单的结构并能确保与管件的紧密连接。
根据本发明,该目的的解决方案的特征在于,加热装置在装配状态下仅被固定到其中一个弓形体的内表面,并且加热装置在两侧沿另一弓形体的方向伸出该弓形体的支撑表面。
仅在夹具的一个弓形体中的加热装置的创造性设置代表着制造和处理的显著简化。因为加热装置在支撑表面的两侧伸出,所以确保了夹具弓形体在装配状态下的紧密焊接连接。为此,加热装置在两侧伸出支撑表面至少20°。
根据本发明的优选结构类型,建议加热装置在装配状态下跨越管件圆周的至少70%,优选为80%至90%。
为了创建用于加热装置的伸出第一弓形体的区域的熔化材料的空间,在没有配备加热装置的第二弓形体的内表面中存在有与加热装置的厚度基本对应的凹陷,用于容纳加热装置的伸出第一弓形体的区域。
根据本发明的实用实施例,建议在配备有加热装置的弓形体上配置管件出口,借此在加热装置中配置与至少管件的内径相对应的切除部分。由于焊接连接的良好的材料密封效力,有可能选择管件出口的内径,使得其与配备有夹具的管件的内径相对应。
此外,本发明建议在相互面对的弓形体的支撑表面上配置对中装置。优选地,将这些甚至增加支撑表面的区域中的密封效力的对中装置配置为在各个相对的邻接支撑表面上的突起和容纳突起的对应凹陷。
最后,本发明建议加热装置由弹塑性塑料制成,尤其是由热塑性材料制成。加热装置材料的弹性是有利的,以便能够弯曲加热装置来有效地连接到管件。

图1和图2中所示的由热可焊材料制成的用于同样由可焊材料构成的管件的夹具,主要由两个弓形体1和2(即上部弓形体1和下部弓形体2)以及加热装置3构成,其中加热装置3被稳固地固定到上部弓形体1的内表面1a。当然,也有可能将加热装置3稳固地固定到下部弓形体2的内表面2a。
图示的结构类型显示出弓形体1和2都配置为横截面为半圆的弓形体1和2。为了将独立的弓形体1和2连接到完成安装的管件上,这是仅有的可能结构形式。然而如果存在增加管件上的夹具的弓形体1和2的可能性或必要性,则夹具的弓形体1或2也可具有超过半圆形式的横截面形式,例如四分之三圆。相应的另一弓形体2或1则对应地显示出更小的包围角度,使得在装配状态下两个连接的弓形体1和2完全包围管件4,如图2所示。
从图1和2中还可明显地看出,弓形体1和2都在两侧显示出凸缘形式的支撑表面1b和2b,在两个支撑表面上,两个弓形体1和2在装配状态下稳固地彼此接触,并且可用螺栓彼此固定。对于螺栓连接,可选地或附加地,还有可能采用加压密封来将凸缘形式的支撑表面1b和2b彼此连接,例如通过夹紧(clamping)。
在此处代表的结构设计中,将弓形体1和2配置为可彼此分离的完全分离的弓形体1和2。然而可选地,还有可能沿着凸缘状的支撑表面1b和2b将两个弓形体1和2连接到可相互枢转的铰接机构上。
从图3可明显地看出,位于上部弓形体1的内表面1a的加热装置3由本体5构成,在这种情况下本体5为长方形,在其上至少在一边上设置有至少一个热导体6。由于上部弓形体1设置有管件出口8,所以本体5中的所描述的加热装置3显示出中央切除部分7。切除部分7的直径d由此至少与管件出口8的内径d相对应。
从图1和2中可明显地看出,加热装置3以这样的方式定尺寸:使加热装置3在两侧沿下部弓形体2的方向伸出上部弓形体1的支撑表面1b,借此加热装置3的区域3a总是伸出支撑表面1b至少20。。从图2中可明显地看出,加热装置3被有利地配置成,在装配状态下跨越管件4的圆周的至少70%,优选为80%至90%。当然,100%包围也是可能的,借此加热装置的伸出区域3a相互搭接并盖住支撑表面1b。
为了容纳加热装置3的伸出支撑表面1b的区域3a,以这样的方式在下部弓形体2的内表面2a中设置与加热装置3的厚度基本对应的凹陷:使夹具在装配状态下具有在整个圆周上都有相同直径的内表面。
一方面为了方便两个弓形体1和2的连接,但另一方面也为了提高夹具的密封效力,在彼此面对的弓形体1和2的支撑表面1b和2b上配置了对中装置。这些对中装置由所代表的实施例配置为在相对的支撑表面1b、2b上的突起10和用于容纳突起10的对应凹陷11。
以这种方式配置的由热可焊材料制成的用于同样由可焊材料成分制成的管件4的夹具被使用如下:

1.一种由热可焊材料制成的用于同样由可焊材料构成的管件(4)的夹具,所述夹具具有两个弓形体(1、2)和加热装置(3),所述两个弓形体(1、2)在装配状态下包围所述管件(4)的整个圆周,并且可通过相互面对的支撑表面(1b、2b)彼此固定,所述加热装置(3)设置有固定到至少一个弓形体(1)的内表面(1a)的至少一个热导体(6),
其特征在于,
所述加热装置(3)在装配状态下仅与第一弓形体(1)的所述内表面(1a)固定,并且所述加热装置(3)在两侧沿另一第二弓形体(2)的方向伸出所述弓形体(1)的支撑表面(1b)。
2.如权利要求1所述的夹具,其特征在于,所述加热装置(3)在两侧伸出所述支撑表面(1b)至少20°。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的夹具,其特征在于,所述加热装置(3)在装配状态下跨越所述管件(4)的圆周的至少70%,优选为80%至90%。
4.如权利要求1至3中至少一项所述的夹具,其特征在于,在没有配备所述加热装置(3)的所述第二弓形体(2)的内表面(2a)中,设置有与所述加热装置(3)的厚度基本对应的凹陷(9),用于容纳所述加热装置(3)的伸出所述第一弓形体(1)的伸出区域(3a)。
5.如权利要求1至4中至少一项所述的夹具,其特征在于,在配备有所述加热装置(3)的所述弓形体(1)上配置有管件出口(8),借此在所述加热装置(3)中配置有与至少所述管件出口(8)的内径(d)相对应的切除部分(7)。
6.如权利要求5所述的夹具,其特征在于,所述管件出口(8)的所述内径(d)大约与所述管件(4)的内径(D)相对应。
7.如权利要求1至4中至少一项所述的夹具,其特征在于,在相互面对的所述弓形体(1、2)的所述支撑表面(1b、2b)上配置有对中装置。
8.如权利要求7所述的夹具,其特征在于,所述对中装置被配置为在总是相对的支撑表面(1b、2b)上的突起(10)和用于容纳所述突起(10)的对应凹陷(11)。
9.如权利要求1至8中至少一项所述的夹具,其特征在于,所述加热装置(3)由弹塑性材料制成,尤其是由热塑性材料制成。
