Claims (11)
1. Способ обработки многокомпонентных, композиционных и комбинированных материалов, состоящих преимущественно из отходов, образующихся из электронных и электрических устройств и оборудования, и использования разделенных компонентов под воздействием подвижного слоя твердых частиц, осуществляющего вихревое движение, характеризующийся тем, что обрабатываемые материалы подвергают предварительной обработке путем удаления загрязняющих компонентов, содержащих токсические тяжелые металлы и полихлорированные дифенилы, путем измельчения отходов на частицы, имеющие размеры самое большее 5-25 мм, а также подвергают воздействию лопастей вращательного механизма в инертной среде при температуре 350 -600°С и при давлении 100 кПа - 10 МПа в течение 10 с - 10 мин, причем при этом происходит деполимеризация, крекинг и изменение состояния макромолекулярных твердых и жидких органических фракций и их отделение от композиционного материала в виде органических паров и газов, а также измельчение неорганических неметаллических фракций на маленькие частицы и увеличение концентрации металлов в неорганической фазе.
2. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что после удаления загрязняющих компонентов, содержащих токсические тяжелые металлы и полихлорированные дифенилы и перед обработкой в инертной среде путем воздействия лопастями вращательного механизма частицы железа извлекают в магнитном сепараторе.
3. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что обрабатываемый материал подвергают воздействию лопастей вращательного механизма в присутствии свинца, и/или олова, и/или цинка, и/или ртути, добавляемых в процессе обработки в количестве 2-50 мас.%.
4. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что обрабатываемые материалы подвергают воздействию лопастей вращательного механизма в восстановительной среде.
5. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что обрабатываемые материалы подвергают воздействию лопастей вращательного механизма в щелочной среде.
6. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что инертную среду образуют с помощью азота, и/или диоксида углерода, и/или водяного пара, и/или газообразных продуктов деполимеризации, крекинга и изменения состояния макромолекулярных твердых и жидких органических фракций, которые являются инертными или действуют как инертные вещества при вышеуказанных условиях.

Способ по п.4, характеризующийся тем, что восстановительную среду образуют с помощью водорода, и/или веществ, выделяющих водород, и/или газообразных продуктов деполимеризации, крекинга и изменения состояния макромолекулярных твердых и жидких органических фракций, которые действуют как восстанавливающие вещества.

Способ по п.5, характеризующийся тем, что щелочную среду образуют с помощью твердых частиц вещества, осуществляющего вихревое движение и действующего как щелочное вещество, причем это вещество представляет собой твердый щелочной абсорбент, такой, как оксид кальция, и/или карбонат кальция, и/или гидроксид кальция, и/или гидроксид натрия, и/или гидроксид калия.

Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что твердые частицы вещества, осуществляющего вихревое движение, образованы частично или полностью из вещества, которое в условиях реакции воздействует каталитически на протекающие химические реакции, или вещества, которое инертно в условиях реакции к присутствующим реагирующим веществам, таким, как гранулированный кварцевый и/или кремнистый песок, и/или алюмосиликаты, и/или другие натуральные и/или синтетические минералы, содержащие кремний, и/или алюминий, и/или кальций, и/или натрий, и/или калий, и/или кислород, и/или серу.
10. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что твердые частицы вещества, осуществляющего вихревое движение, образованы частично или полностью из вещества, которое получают в результате измельчения неорганических неметаллических фракций многокомпонентных, композиционных и комбинированных материалов на маленькие частицы и металлические частицы.
11. Применение разделенных органических газообразных и жидких фракций по пп.1-10 для изготовления альтернативного топлива, а неорганических компонентов в виде металлического концентрата для металлургической переработки.
