Claims (10)
1. Резьбовое соединение для нефтяной скважинной трубы, содержащее резьбовую основную часть, имеющую остаточное напряжение в осевом направлении, составляющее величину -400 МПа или меньше, полученную посредством рентгеноструктурного анализа напряжений между поверхностью и частью с глубиной 40 мкм.
2. Способ изготовления резьбового соединения для нефтяной скважинной трубы, включающий в себя стадию инжекции и распыления частиц, имеющих твердость по шкале С Роквелла, равную 50 или больше, и диаметр частиц от 30 до 300 мкм, на поверхности материала, который должен обрабатываться, при давлении воздуха от 0,3 до 0,5 МПа.
3. Способ изготовления резьбового соединения для нефтяной скважинной трубы по п.2, в котором форма резьбы резьбового соединения для нефтяной скважинной трубы представляет собой любую форму из трапециевидной резьбы и круглой резьбы согласно стандартам Американского нефтяного института.
4. Способ изготовления резьбового соединения для нефтяной скважинной трубы по п.2 или 3, в котором диаметр частиц равен от 50 до 100 мкм.
5. Способ изготовления резьбового соединения для нефтяной скважинной трубы по п.2 или 3, в котором обработка инжекцией и распылением осуществляется только на неполной части резьбы.
6. Способ изготовления резьбового соединения для нефтяной скважинной трубы по п.2 или 3, в котором обработка инжекцией и распылением осуществляется при 3 с/см2 или меньше.
7. Способ изготовления резьбового соединения для нефтяной скважинной трубы по п.4, в котором обработка инжекцией и распылением осуществляется только на неполной части резьбы.
8. Способ изготовления резьбового соединения для нефтяной скважинной трубы по п.4, в котором обработка инжекцией и распылением осуществляется при 3 с/см2 или меньше.
9. Способ изготовления резьбового соединения для нефтяной скважинной трубы по п.5, в котором обработка инжекцией и распылением осуществляется при 3 с/см2 или меньше.
10. Способ изготовления резьбового соединения для нефтяной скважинной трубы по п.7, в котором обработка инжекцией и распылением осуществляется при 3 с/см2 или меньше.
