Claims (4)
1. Композиционный керамический материал на основе сиалона, содержащий диоксид кремния, алюминий, азот, отличающийся тем, что в него дополнительно введены пластификатор, кальций, натрий и магний, в качестве пластификатора используют поликарбосилан, а алюминий используют в виде алюминиевой пудры при следующем содержании компонентов, мас.%:
2. Композиционный керамический материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве пластификатора используют поликарбосилан.
3. Способ изготовления изделий из сиалона, включающий приготовление смеси компонентов, измельчение, формирование полуфабриката и получение готового изделия в атмосфере азота, отличающийся тем, что предварительно измельчают диоксид кремния, приготовление смеси осуществляют путем смешивания алюминиевой пудры, пластификатора и размельченного диоксида кремния, затем производят гидростатическое формирование полуфабриката изделия с последующей его многоступенчатой термообработкой.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что многоступенчатую термообработку ведут на первом этапе путем медленного температурного нарастания в течение 90-100 мин до температуры 180-200°С, затем производят нагрев до 600-750°С с выдержкой 10-15 мин, и дальнейший нагрев до 1400-1450°С с выдержкой в течение 15-30 мин.
