Claims (13)

1. Устройство, содержащее биоразрушаемый полимер, включающий единицы этиленкарбоната формулы А
-(-С(O)-O-СН2-СН2-O-)- А,
в количестве 70-100 мол.%, обладающий внутренней вязкостью 0,4-4,0 дл/г при определении в хлороформе при 20°С в концентрации 1 г/дл и температурой стеклования 5-50°С, разрушаемый за счет поверхностной эрозии, которая контролируется по механизму негидролитического расщепления.
2. Устройство по п.1, поверхность которого покрыта полимером.
3. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно включающее фармацевтический действующий агент.
4. Устройство по п.3, в котором фармацевтический действующий агент растворен или диспергирован в полимере.
5. Устройство по п.3, содержащее иммунодепрессант или антипролиферативный агент в качестве фармацевтического действующего агента.
6. Устройство по п.1 в форме стента или катетера.
7. Устройство по п.6 в форме стента с вымываемым лекарственным средством.
8. Применение устройства по одному из предшествующих пунктов для контролируемого высвобождения фармакологического действующего агента.
9. Применение устройства по одному из предшествующих пп.1-7 для лечения или предупреждения неоинтимальной пролиферации и утолщения, повторного стеноза, окклюзии сосуда с последующим сосудистым повреждением и/или для активирования тканевого заживления.
10. Способ лечения или предупреждения неоинтимальной пролиферации и утолщения, повторного стеноза, окклюзии сосуда с последующим сосудистым повреждением, и/или активирования тканевого заживления в организме человека или животного, включающий имплантацию устройства по одному из пп.1-7 в то место, в котором такое лечение, профилактика или заживление ткани необходимо.
11. Способ получения устройства по одному из пп.1-7, включающий нанесение на устройство покрытия, содержащего полимер на основе этиленкарбоната.
12. Применение биоразрушаемого полимера, включающего единицы этиленкарбоната формулы А
-(-С(O)-O-СН2-СН2-O-)- А,
в количестве 70-100 мол.%, обладающего внутренней вязкостью 0,4-4,0 дл/г при определении в хлороформе при 20°С в концентрации 1 г/дл, и температурой стеклования 5-50°С, разрушаемый за счет поверхностной эрозии, которая контролируется по механизму негидролитического расщепления, для нанесения покрытия на устройство.
13. Применение биоразрушаемого полимера, включающего единицы этиленкарбоната формулы А
-(-С(O)-O-СН2-СН2-O-)- А,
в количестве 70-100 мол.%, обладающего внутренней вязкостью 0,4-4,0 дл/г при определении в хлороформе при 20°С в концентрации 1 г/дл, и температурой стеклования 5-50°С, разрушаемый за счет поверхностной эрозии, которая контролируется по механизму негидролитического расщепления, для получения устройства, предназначенного для лечения или предупреждения неоинтимальной пролиферации и утолщения, повторного стеноза, окклюзии сосуда с последующим сосудистым повреждением, и/или активирования тканевого заживления.
