Claims (11)

1. Способ полимеризации олефинов, который включает контактирование в реакторе
(а) этилена и по крайней мере одного сомономера, выбранного из группы, включающей С48-α-олефины; и
(б) каталитической системы на подложке, содержащей катализатор на основе металлоцена, активированный метилалюминоксаном, и материал подложки, причем содержание метилалюминоксана находится в диапазоне от 3 до 9 ммолей на г материала подложки, а содержание металлоцена в диапазоне от 0,01 до 1,0 ммоля на г материала подложки;
причем активность катализатора составляет по крайней мере 7500 г полиэтилена на г катализатора в ч, и по способу получают полиэтилен, объемная плотность которого составляет по крайней мере 0,30 г/см3,
причем материал носителя выбирают их группы, включающей кремнезем, оксид алюминия, алюмосиликат, хлорид магния, графит и их смеси, а металлоценовым катализатором является замещенный бис-циклопентадиенилцирконоцен, содержащий по крайней мере один атом фтора или фторсодержащую уходящую группу.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором содержание метилалюминоксана находится в диапазоне от 4 до 7,7 ммоля метилалюминоксана на г материала подложки.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором содержание металлоценового катализатора составляет величину диапазоне от 0,04 до 0,1 ммоля металлоцена на г материала подложки.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором коэффициент загрязнения реактора составляет величину не более или равную 2.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором коэффициент загрязнения реактора составляет величину не более или равную 1.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором коэффициент загрязнения реактора равен 0.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором антистатик отсутствует или практически отсутствует в каталитической композиции.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором содержание антистатика в каталитической композиции составляет менее 4 мас.% в расчете на массу каталитической композиции.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором материал подложки характеризуется площадью поверхности в диапазоне от 150 до 450 м2/г.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором материал подложки характеризуется объемом пор в диапазоне от 1 до 2,5 см3/г.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором материал подложки характеризуется средним размером частиц в диапазоне от 10 до 50 мкм.
