Claims (4)
1. Способ получения дипептидов, включающий взаимодействие эфира аминокислоты с аминокислотой с образованием дипептида в присутствии, по крайней мере, одного, выбранного из группы, состоящей из культуры микроорганизма, выделенных из культуры клеток микроорганизма, продукты обработанных клеток микроорганизма, пептидпродуцирующего фермента, выделенного из микроорганизма, в котором микроорганизм обладает способностью образовывать дипептид из эфира аминокислоты и аминокислоты, и принадлежит к родам, выбранным из группы, состоящей из Cellulophaga, Weeksella, Pedobacter, Persicobacter, Flexithrix, Chitinophaga, Cyclobacterium, Runella, Thermonema, Psychroserpens, Gelidibacter, Dyadobacter, Flammeovirga, Spirosoma, Flectobacillus, Tenacibaculum, Rhodothermus, Zobellia, Muncauda, Salegentibacter, Taxeobacter, Cytophaga, Marinilabilia, Lewinella, Saprospira, и Haliscomenobacter.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий добавление ингибитора металлоферментов в реакционную смесь до образования дипептида из эфира аминокислоты и аминокислоты в присутствии, по крайней мере, одного, выбранного из группы, состоящей из культуры микроорганизма, выделенных из культуры клеток микроорганизма, продуктов обработанных клеток микроорганизма, и пептидпродуцирующего фермента, выделенного из микроорганизма.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором эфиром аминокислоты является эфир L-аланина.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором аминокислотой является L-глутамин.
