Claims (26)
1. Лист полимера, содержащий бифункциональный модификатор поверхности, нанесенный на упомянутый лист полимера, при этом упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности включает сегмент, придающий сопротивление слипанию, и сегмент, придающий совместимость.
2. Лист полимера по п.1, где упомянутый сегмент, придающий сопротивление слипанию, включает полиэтиленовый блок, либо блок углеводородной цепи.
3. Лист полимера по п.1, где упомянутый сегмент, придающий совместимость, включает блок поли(алкиленгликоля).
4. Лист полимера по п.1, где упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности включает блок-полимер полиэтилен-поли(этиленгликоль).
5. Лист полимера по п.1, где упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности распыляют на поверхности упомянутого листа полимера.
6. Лист полимера по п.1, где упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности наносят на поверхность упомянутого листа полимера погружением упомянутого листа полимера в раствор, содержащий упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности.
7. Лист полимера по п.1, где упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности перемешивают в расплаве с упомянутым полимером.
8. Лист полимера по п.1, где количество бифункционального модификатора поверхности, нанесенного на упомянутый лист полимера, составляет от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 30000 ч./млн.
9. Лист полимера по п.1, где количество бифункционального модификатора поверхности, нанесенного на упомянутый лист полимера, составляет от приблизительно 150 до приблизительно 10000 ч./млн.
10. Лист полимера по п.1, где количество бифункционального модификатора поверхности, нанесенного на упомянутый лист полимера, составляет от приблизительно 300 до приблизительно 5000 ч./млн.
11. Лист полимера по п.1, где полимер выбирают из группы, состоящей из поливинилбутираля, полиуретана, поливинилхлорида, сополимера поли(этиленвинилацетат), их комбинаций и тому подобного.
12. Лист полимера по п.11, где полимером является поливинилбутираль.
13. Лист полимера по п.12, где полимером является смола поливинилбутираля, содержащая от приблизительно 13 до приблизительно 30 мас.% гидроксильных групп в расчете на PVOH.
14. Лист полимера по п.12, где полимером является пластифицированный поливинилбутираль, где пластификатор содержится в количестве приблизительно от 20 до 80 ч. пластификатора на 100 ч. смолы.
15. Лист полимера по п.14, где полимером является пластифицированный поливинилбутираль, который содержит пластификатор в количестве приблизительно от 25 до 60 ч. пластификатора на 100 ч. смолы.
16. Лист полимера по п.15, где полимером является пластифицированный поливинилбутираль, где пластификатор выбирают из группы, состоящей из триэтиленгликольди(2-этилбутирата), триэтиленгликольди(2-этилгексаноата), триэтиленгликольдигептаноата, тетраэтиленгликольдигептаноата, дигексиладипата, диоктиладипата, гексилциклогексиладипата, смесей гептил- и нониладипатов, диизонониладипата, гептилнониладипата, дибутилсебацата и их смесей.
17. Лист полимера по п.1, где упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности включает амфифильный блок-полимер полиэтилен-поли(этиленгликоль), описываемый общей формулой
СН3СН2(СН2СН2)m-(OCH2CH2)nOH,
где m находится в диапазоне от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 24, а n находится в диапазоне от приблизительно 3 до приблизительно 30.
18. Способ изготовления листа полимера, при этом упомянутый способ включает переработку полимера в расплаве с получением листа и нанесение бифункционального модификатора поверхности на поверхность упомянутого листа полимера, при этом упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности включает сегмент, придающий сопротивление слипанию, и сегмент, придающий совместимость.
19. Способ по п.18, где упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности распыляют на поверхности упомянутого листа полимера.
20. Способ по п.18, где упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности наносят на поверхность упомянутого листа полимера погружением упомянутого листа полимера в раствор, содержащий упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности.
21. Способ по п.18, где упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности примешивают в расплаве к упомянутому листу полимера.
22. Способ по п.18, где упомянутый лист полимера содержит поливинилбутираль.
23. Способ по п.18, где упомянутый сегмент, придающий сопротивление слипанию, включает полиэтиленовый блок, либо блок цепи углеводорода.
24. Способ по п.18, где упомянутый сегмент, придающий совместимость, включает блок поли(алкиленгликоля).
25. Способ по п.18, где упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности включает амфифильный блок-полимер полиэтилен-поли(этиленгликоль), описываемый общей формулой
СН3СН2(СН2СН2)m-(OCH2CH2)nOH,
где m находится в диапазоне от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 24, а n находится в диапазоне от приблизительно 3 до приблизительно 30.
26. Ламинированное безосколочное стекло, включающее два листа стекла с расположенным между ними промежуточным слоем в виде листа полимера, где лист полимера содержит бифункциональный модификатор поверхности, нанесенный на упомянутый лист полимера, при этом упомянутый бифункциональный модификатор поверхности включает сегмент, придающий сопротивление слипанию, и сегмент, придающий совместимость.
