Claims (13)

1. Камера смешивания для получения негазированного напитка, подверженного развитию в нем вызывающих порчу микроорганизмов; упомянутая камера содержит линию подачи концентрата напитка, имеющую обратный клапан; линию подачи горячей воды; линию подачи холодной воды, имеющую обратный клапан; и причем полученный негазированный напиток имеет микробное число лучше допустимого значения и является, по существу, однородным негазированным напитком.
2. Способ получения негазированного напитка, подверженного развитию в нем вызывающих порчу микроорганизмов; и предусматривающий стадии непрерывной подачи горячей воды в камеру смешивания; непрерывной подачи концентрата напитка в камеру смешивания; непрерывной подачи холодной воды в камеру смешивания; непрерывного смешивания концентрата напитка, горячей воды и холодной воды в камере смешивания; и непрерывно выдают негазированный напиток, имеющий микробное число лучше допустимого значения и который является, по существу, однородным негазированным напитком.
3. Камера смешивания для получения негазированного чайного напитка, подверженного развитию в нем вызывающих порчу микроорганизмов; причем упомянутая камера содержит линию подачи чайного концентрата, имеющую обратный клапан; линию подачи горячей воды; линию подачи холодной воды, имеющую обратный клапан; и причем полученный негазированный чайный напиток имеет микробное число лучше допустимого значения и является, по существу, однородным негазированным чайным напитком.
4. Способ получения негазированного чайного напитка, причем чайный напиток подвержен развитию в нем вызывающих порчу микроорганизмов; и предусматривающий стадии непрерывной подачи горячей воды в камеру смешивания; непрерывной подачи чайного концентрата в камеру смешивания; непрерывной подачи холодной воды в камеру смешивания; непрерывного смешивания чайного концентрата, горячей воды и холодной воды в камере смешивания; и непрерывно выдают негазированный чайный напиток, имеющий микробное число лучше допустимого значения, и который является, по существу, однородным негазированным чайным напитком.
5. Камера смешивания по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что также содержит линию подачи ароматизатора, имеющую обратный клапан.
6. Камера смешивания по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что также содержит линию подачи подсластителя, имеющую обратный клапан.
7. Способ получения негазированного чайного напитка по п.4, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает стадию непрерывной подачи ароматизатора чая в камеру смешивания до выдачи чайного напитка.
8. Способ получения негазированного чайного напитка по п.4, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает стадию непрерывной подачи подсластителя в камеру смешивания до выдачи чайного напитка.
9. Камера смешивания по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что длина камеры смешивания такова, что время пребывания горячей воды в камере смешивания, поступающей по линии подачи горячей воды, составляет приблизительно от 0,1 до 1,5 с.
10. Камера смешивания по п.9, отличающаяся тем, что общее время пребывания горячей воды в камере смешивания и затем в сопловом узле составляет приблизительно от 0,5 до 2 с.
11. Устройство для выдачи чайного напитка, содержащее камеру смешивания по п.3.
12. Способ по п.4, использующий данное устройство для выдачи напитка.
13. Камера смешивания по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что также содержит второй обратный клапан на трубопроводе, идущем в линию подачи холодной воды.
