Claims (10)
1. Огнеупорная композиция, которая содержит 40-90 вес.% в сухом состоянии заполнителей из аморфного кремнезема, до 40 вес.% в сухом состоянии соединений на базе глинозема, 10-15 вес.% в сухом состоянии глины, 0,2-2,0 вес.% в сухом состоянии химического связующего материала и дополнительно от 2 до 8% воды.
2. Огнеупорная композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что заполнители из аморфного кремнезема содержат кварцевое стекло.
3. Огнеупорная композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что соединения на базе глинозема содержат кианит, андалузит, шамот или муллит, а также их смеси.
4. Огнеупорная композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержание в ней соединений на базе глинозема преимущественно составляет от 20 до 40 вес.% в сухом состоянии.
5. Огнеупорная композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что химическим связующим материалом является минеральный химический связующий материал, выбранный из группы, в которую входят фосфорная кислота, кислый оксид алюминия, сульфат алюминия и силикат натрия.
6. Огнеупорная композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что 95 вес.% огнеупорных компонентов имеют размер зерна меньше 4 мм.
7. Огнеупорная композиция по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что 100 вес.% огнеупорных компонентов имеют размер зерна меньше 5,60 мм.
8. Способ ремонта огнеупорной стенки из кремнезема, который включает в себя следующие операции:
а) подвод к соплу распыления огнеупорной композиции, которая содержит 40-90 вес.% в сухом состоянии заполнителей из аморфного кремнезема, до 40 вес.% в сухом состоянии соединений на базе глинозема, 10-15 вес.% в сухом состоянии глины, 0,2-2,0 вес.% в сухом состоянии химического связующего материала и дополнительно от 2 до 8% воды;
b) перемешивание указанной огнеупорной композиции с водой в сопле распыления; и
c) напыление полученной смеси на горячую огнеупорную стенку.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что огнеупорная композиция, которую подводят при выполнении операции а), представляет собой огнеупорную композицию по одному из пп.2-7.
10. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что огнеупорная стенка представляет собой стенку коксовой печи.
