Claims (31)

1. Способ для изготовления упаковок, согласно которому изготавливают трубчатую первую часть (11, 82) упаковки из листа (13), выполненного из имеющего термопластичное покрытие упаковочного материала, содержащего по меньшей мере один слой (16) из индукционно нагреваемого материала; при этом первая часть упаковки имеет запечатанный первый стык (23, 89, 90) между двумя взаимно противоположными краевыми секциями (21, 22) листа; соединяют вместе первую часть упаковки и вторую часть упаковки (12, 81), при этом формируют второй стык (26, 83) между первой и второй частями упаковки, причем первый и второй стык пересекаются; отличающийся тем, что дополнительно размещают средство (43, 73, 88) индукционного нагрева, включающее в себя по меньшей мере два проводника (44 и 45, 74 и 75, 91 и 92), проходящих вдоль друг друга, таким образом, что проводники проходят вдоль второго стыка, и запечатывают второй стык путем подачи индукционного тока по средству индукционного нагрева, причем индукционный ток проводится проводниками вдоль второго стыка в противоположных направлениях (62, 63 и 101, 102) в упомянутых по меньшей мере двух проводниках.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что размещение средства (43, 88) индукционного нагрева включает в себя расположение проводников (44 и 45, 91 и 92) на внешней стороне первой части (11, 82) упаковки.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что размещение средства (73) индукционного нагрева включает в себя расположение проводников (74, 75) на внутренней стороне первой части (11) упаковки.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что также включает в себя приложение сжимающей нагрузки ко второму стыку (26, 83) во время его запечатывания.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что запечатывание второго стыка (26, 83) включает в себя индуцирование нагревающего тока в слое (16) индукционно нагреваемого материала, причем этот слой содержит металлическую фольгу.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первый стык (23, 89, 90) первой части (11, 82) упаковки формируют между двумя краевыми секциями (21, 22), расположенных с перекрытием.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соединение вместе первой и второй частей (11, 12) упаковки включает в себя позиционирование первой и второй частей упаковки таким образом, что вторая часть упаковки выступает из открытого конца (25) трубчатой первой части упаковки; и тем, что размещение средства (43, 73) индукционного нагрева включает в себя расположение проводников (44, 45 и 74, 75) периферически вдоль первой части упаковки.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соединение вместе первой и второй частей (82, 81) упаковки включает в себя позиционирование первой и второй частей упаковки таким образом, что вторая часть упаковки выступает из отверстия (85) в стенке первой части упаковки; и тем, что размещение средства (88) индукционного нагрева включает в себя расположение проводников (91, 92) периферически вдоль отверстия.
9. Способ по п.7 или 8, отличающийся тем, что соединение вместе первой и второй частей упаковки включает в себя надвигание первой части упаковки на вторую часть упаковки.
10. Устройство для изготовления упаковок, содержащее средство (43, 73, 88) индукционного нагрева, включающее в себя по меньшей мере два проводника (44 и 45, 74 и 75, 91 и 92), проходящих вдоль друг друга и соединенных со средством (46) подачи тока, отличающееся тем, что проводники расположены с возможностью проведения индукционного тока в противоположных направлениях (62, 63 и 101, 102).
11. Устройство по п.10, отличающееся тем, что средство (43, 73, 88) индукционного нагрева выполнено с возможностью запечатывания второго стыка (26, 83), сформированного между второй частью (12, 81) упаковки и трубчатой первой частью (11, 82) из листа (13), выполненного из имеющего термопластичное покрытие упаковочного материала, включающего в себя по меньшей мере один слой (16) индукционно нагреваемого материала, причем первая часть упаковки имеет запечатанный первый стык (23, 89, 90) между двумя взаимно противоположными краевыми секциями (21, 22) листа; при этом первый и второй стык пересекают друг друга.
12. Устройство для изготовления упаковок, содержащее средство для изготовления трубчатой первой части (11, 82) упаковки из листа (13), выполненного из имеющего термопластичное покрытие упаковочного материала, содержащего по меньшей мере один слой (16) из индукционно нагреваемого материала; при этом первая часть упаковки имеет запечатанный первый стык (23, 89, 90) между двумя взаимно противоположными краевыми секциями (21, 22) листа; средство для соединения вместе первой части упаковки и второй части упаковки (12, 81), при этом формируется второй стык (26, 83) между первой и второй частями упаковки, причем первый и второй стык пересекаются; средство (46) подачи тока для подачи индукционного тока, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит средство (43, 73, 88) индукционного нагрева для запечатывания второго стыка; при этом средство индукционного нагрева соединено со средством подачи тока и включает в себя по меньшей мере два проводника (44 и 45, 74 и 75, 91 и 92), проходящих вдоль друг друга и вдоль второго стыка, и проводящих индукционный ток вдоль второго стыка в противоположных направлениях (62, 63 и 101, 102) в упомянутых по меньшей мере двух проводниках.
13. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что проводники (44 и 45, 74 и 75, 91 и 92) расположены на внешней стороне первой части (11, 82) упаковки.
14. Устройство по п.13, отличающееся тем, что средство (43) индукционного нагрева сформировано с отверстием или углублением (56) для частичного приема первой и второй частей упаковки, формирующих второй стык (26); при этом проводники (44, 45) расположены вдоль стенки (57), ограничивающей отверстие или углубление.
15. Устройство по п.14, отличающееся тем, что окружность отверстия или углубления (56) по существу равна внешней окружности частей (11, 12) упаковки вдоль второго стыка (26); при этом стенка (57), ограничивающая отверстие или углубление, имеет возможность приложения сжимающей нагрузки ко второму стыку во время его запечатывания.
16. Устройство по п.14, отличающееся тем, что отверстие или углубление (56) имеет форму усеченного конуса для приема второй части упаковки, сужающейся в направлении (61'') от второго стыка (26); при этом наименьшая окружность отверстия или углубления меньше внешней окружности частей (11, 12) упаковки вдоль второго стыка; при этом стенка (57), ограничивающая отверстие или углубление, имеет возможность приложения сжимающей нагрузки ко второму стыку во время его запечатывания.
17. Устройство по п.13, отличающееся тем, что внутренняя окружность каждого из проводников (44, 45) по существу равна внешней окружности частей (11, 12) упаковки вдоль второго стыка (26).
18. Устройство по п.13, отличающееся тем, что средство (88) индукционного нагрева сформировано с углублением или отверстием (95) для по меньшей мере частичного приема второй части (81) упаковки; причем проводники (91, 92) расположены в одной и той же плоскости, при этом один из них охватывает другой и окружает углубление или отверстие.
19. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что проводники (74, 75) расположены на внутренней стороне первой части (11) упаковки.
20. Устройство по п.19, отличающееся тем, что средство (73) индукционного нагрева содержит опорный элемент (77), частично окружаемый первой и второй (11, 12) частями упаковки, формирующих второй стык (26); причем проводники (74, 75) расположены вдоль стенки (78), расположенной на опорном элементе и ограничивающей этот опорный элемент; причем стенка имеет возможность приложения сжимающей нагрузки ко второму стыку во время его запечатывания.
21. Устройство по п.19, отличающееся тем, что внешняя окружность каждого из проводников (74, 75) по существу равна внутренней окружности частей (11, 12) упаковки вдоль второго стыка (26).
22. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что проводники (44 и 45, 74 и 75, 91 и 92) имеют по существу одинаковое поперечное сечение.
23. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что проводники (44 и 45, 74 и 75) имеют по существу одинаковые размеры.

25. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что проводники (44 и 45, 74 и 75, 91 и 92) соединены друг с другом на первом конце и со средством (96) подачи тока на втором конце.
26. Устройство по п.25, отличающееся тем, что каждый из проводников (44 и 45, 74 и 75, 91 и 92) имеет такую форму, что первый конец расположен вблизи второго конца.
27. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что средство (43, 73, 88) индукционного нагрева индуцирует нагревающий ток в упомянутом слое (16) индукционно нагреваемого материала, причем упомянутый слой содержит металлическую фольгу.
28. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что первый стык (23, 89, 90) первой части (12, 81) упаковки сформирован между двумя краевыми секциями (21, 22), расположенными с перекрытием.
29. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что средство для соединения вместе первой и второй частей (11, 12) упаковки выполнено с возможностью позиционирования первой и второй частей упаковки таким образом, что вторая часть упаковки выступает из открытого конца (25) трубчатой первой части упаковки; и тем, что проводники (44 и 45, 74 и 75) расположены периферически вдоль первой части упаковки.
30. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что средство для соединения вместе первой и второй частей упаковки выполнено с возможностью позиционирования первой и второй частей (82, 81) упаковки таким образом, что вторая часть упаковки выступает из отверстия (95) в стенке первой части упаковки; и тем, что проводники (91 и 92) размещены периферически вокруг отверстия.
31. Устройство по п.29 или 30, отличающееся тем, что средство для соединения первой и второй частей (11 и 12, 82 и 81) упаковки выполнено с возможностью надевания первой части упаковки на вторую часть упаковки.
