Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、プラスチック袋の出口を設けた、床などの液
体を保持するためのプラスチック袋に関する。
従来技術と発明の解決すべき問題点 尿路造痩用袋、床袋および結腸造屡用袋などの袋は、通
常、2枚を重ねて周縁部を溶接したプラスチックシート
からなる。袋は多くの場合、袋の下部に出口チューブを
必要とする。そのチューブもまたプラスチックを素材と
することが多い。2つの袋壁にチューブを固定するため
の溶接接合部を作る際に漏れ防止の点において問題が発
生する。
特に添付図面の第2図においてLPで示す師所にしばし
ば2つの漏水路が存在する。尿は表面張力が小さく、漏
水路をたやすくみつけるので、この問題は、尿保持用袋
において特に深刻である。袋壁間にプラスチックチュー
ブを溶接することは、袋の壁に多層ラミネート素材を使
用し、その層の幾つかが強度と液体不浸透性を付与され
ており、1つ以上のラミネート層が特にガス不透過性を
付与されている場合に、非常に困難な問題である。
すなわち、薄い多層ラミネート袋壁とかなり厚みのある
チューブ壁とを接合するということは、薄い袋壁フィル
ムと比較的厚いチューブ壁の両方に適量の熱を供給する
点において困難が存在するのである。
発明の構成と効果 本発明の方法を用いて、一つの出口チューブを有する尿
保持用袋を製造する。まず第一工程として、2枚の袋壁
を重ねた間にチューブをシーム溶接し、次の工程で該チ
ューブの外側にそれを囲むスリーブをチューブのいずれ
か1方の側の袋壁の部分が内側に来る位置までスライド
させ、次いで、第三工程で袋壁が横たわる平面に対して
実質的に直角でかつチューブの半径方向にクリンプ力を
加えてひだ付け操作を行い、該スリーブをチューブに圧
着する。
この方法においては、ひだ付け可能なプラスチックスリ
ーブまt;は金属スリーブもしくは金属とプラスチック
の両方からなるスリーブを使用することができる。本発
明は、上記の所定の方向にクリンプ力を適用することに
よって、チューブのいずれか1方の側にある袋壁片を、
高圧でチューブ壁の隣接した領域に圧着することを特徴
とするものであり、これによって製品に漏水路LPがで
きる可能性を小さくする事ができる。
本発明は、出口チューブと袋壁の重なりの部分との間の
接合部が上述の手順でひだ付けしたスリーブで囲まれた
尿保持用袋もまた提供する。この方法では、殆どの場合
どのような漏水路も防ぐことができる。
本発明の別の具体例においては、チューブは2枚の袋壁
の重なりの部分の間に、接合部に特別な防漏措置はせず
簡単なシーム溶接工作によって固定されている。その後
、袋とチューブの結合部を鋳型ブロックの中に設置する
。該鋳型(ゴそれぞれ特殊な形状の向かいあった凹部を
有し、溶融したプラスチックをこれらの凹部に注入、充
填する。
注入は常法通り、加熱・加圧下に行う。注入された物質
はチューブを完全に包囲する環を形成し、チューブの1
方の側の袋フィルム物質は環およびチューブ壁に敵情し
て、環は防漏包囲形状に確実に固定される。
一つの出口チューブを有する袋は、まず第一工程として
、2枚の袋壁を重ねた間にチューブをシーム溶接し、次
の工程で該チューブの外周にそれを囲むスリーブをチュ
ーブの1方の側の袋壁の部分が内側に来る位置までスラ
イドさせ、次いで、第三工程で袋壁が横たわる平面に対
して実質的に直角でかつチューブの半径方向にクリンプ
力を加えてひだ付け操作を行い、該スリーブをチューブ
に圧着して製造する。
次に添付図面に基づいて本発明を具体的に説明する。
第1図は従来方法を用いて出口チューブを取り付けた袋
の透視図であり、第2図は第」図の「−■線における断
面図で、図中LPは2箇所の漏水路を示す。この漏水路
は従来技術ではそれを避けるだめのあらゆる努力にもか
かわらず、発生することが多い。第3図は本発明方法の
第一工程の透視図、第4図はスリーブをヒダ付けするた
めの位置に置く第二工程を示している。第5図はヒダ付
けしたスリーブの透視図、第6図はヒダ付けしたスリー
ブが完成した袋の第5図Vl−Vl線における断面図で
ある。第7図は本発明の他の具体例であり、チューブを
包囲する鋳型の中にチューブを挿入した状態の袋の透視
図で、第8図は第7図に示す本発明接合部に用いている
鋳型の1片の透視図、第9図は本発明の別法に従って製
造した袋の完成品の透視図である。
第3図〜第6図に示すように、本発明方法においては、
チューブ10は2枚重ねt;袋フィルム12および14
の間に軽く溶接する。この溶接接合は接合部が防漏され
ている必要はないので、すばやく形成してもよい。その
目的は各部品を次工程の間固定しておくことにある。次
いで、ヒダ付け可能なスリーブ20(例えば金属または
プラスチック)をチューブの周囲に置き、スリーブが重
ねt;袋壁の12aおよび14a部分を包囲し、スリー
ブの一端が袋の肩部17に軽く接するように袋の方向(
矢印21で示す)へ押す。既存のクリンプ工具を用い、
袋壁の面に対して実質的に90°の方向にクリンプ力を
かけ、スリーブをチューブおよび壁部12a% 14a
に強くヒダ付けする。この力は指定の方向に加えられる
ので、スリーブの素材は高圧下に袋壁の漏水路LPに隣
接した領域に強く押し付けられ、該スリーブの素材はチ
ューブの外側表面と強くかみ合う。クリンプが終わると
、スリーブは残留歪状態になり、漏水路LPを閉鎖する
ように小片形状に押し潰された袋壁素材を強く締め付け
る。
ここで特にこの方法の利点のひとつとして強調するのは
、クリンピングは速い操作であるから、品質を落とすこ
となく高い生産性が得られるということである。
本明細書中で、クリンプ力を袋壁の面に対して直角に加
えることを述べている。この目的は袋壁小片をチューブ
に対して確実に圧縮することである。90°以外の角度
(例えば75〜90°の範囲がおおくの場合に適当であ
る)も用いることができ、本発明にはこれらも包含され
る。
第7図〜第9図に、本発明の別の具体例を示す。
この例においてチューブ110は袋の一端にある開口に
挿入されている。チューブを袋の開口にシールする際に
特別な措置は必要ではない。
上型116と下型118に分離した鋳型を袋に入れたチ
ューブ110にかぶせ、溶融したプラスチックを上型1
16に設けた開口120を通して鋳型に入れる。プラス
チックが硬化して、袋とチューブの両方に接着した防漏
カラー122が形成される。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1、第一工程として、2枚の袋壁を重ねた間にチューブ
    を載置し、第二工程にて該チューブの外周に、そのチュ
    ーブのいずれか1方の側にある袋壁の部分を包含するよ
    うに包囲スリーブを形成し、次いで第三工程において、
    該スリーブにてチューブと袋のあいだに防漏シールを形
    成させることにより製造される出口チューブを設けた液
    体保持用袋。 2、第二工程が、包囲スリーブをチューブのいずれか1
    方の側の袋壁の部分が内側に来る位置までチューブの上
    をスライドさせることからなる前記第1項記載の袋。 3、第三工程が、袋壁が横たわる平面に対して実質的に
    直角でかつチューブの半径方向にクリンプ力を加えてス
    リーブにひだ付け操作を行い、該スリーブをチューブに
    圧着することからなる前記第1項記載の袋。 4、第二工程が、チューブと袋の端の周囲に鋳型を設置
    することからなり、第三工程が溶かしたプラスチックを
    鋳型に入れてチューブと袋の間の防漏シールを形成する
    ことからなる前記第1項記載の袋。 5、出口チューブと袋壁の重なり部分との継ぎ手が、チ
    ューブと袋壁の接点における漏水路の形成を実質的に妨
    げるようにクリンプされたスリーブで包囲されている液
    体保持用袋。 6、袋壁を重ねた間に出口チューブをシーム溶接あるい
    は仮付け溶接する第一工程、袋壁の1部分とチューブの
    周囲に、チューブと袋壁の接点にできる漏水路を閉鎖す
    るに十分な力でスリーブをクリンプする第二工程からな
    る液体保持用袋の製造法。 7、クリンプ力を袋壁の面に対して75〜105°の範
    囲の角度で加える前記第6項記載の製造法。 8、上記角度が実質的に90°である前記第6項記載の
    製造法。
