Claims (10)
1. Способ изготовления юбок гибких тюбиков, содержащий этап изготовления цилиндрической трубки из плоской полосы, содержащей один или несколько слоев из пластика или металла, за которым следует этап, в процессе которого упомянутую цилиндрическую трубку разрезают по длине, необходимой для получения упомянутых юбок, отличающийся тем, что содержит этап, предшествующий этапу изготовления цилиндрической трубки, в процессе которого упомянутую полосу подвергают пластической деформации.
2. Способ по п.1, согласно которому упомянутую полосу пропускают между двумя инструментами, подвижными относительно друг друга, сближение которых приводит к образованию пространства размером, меньшим первоначальной толщины упомянутой полосы.
3. Способ по п.2, согласно которому между упомянутыми инструментами создают усилие, при котором полоса выходит из упомянутого пространства с пластическим утонением, превышающим 0,5%, предпочтительно превышающим 1%.
4. Способ по одному из п.2 или 3, согласно которому между упомянутыми инструментами создают усилие, при котором выходящая из упомянутого пространства полоса содержит тисненый рисунок с выступами и впадинами, амплитуда которых находится в пределах от 1/30 до 5-кратной толщины упомянутой полосы, предпочтительно в пределах от 1/15 до 5-кратной толщины и еще предпочтительнее - в пределах от 1/10 до 3-кратной толщины.
5. Способ по п.2 или 3, согласно которому упомянутые подвижные инструменты являются по существу параллельными валками, по меньшей мере, один из которых содержит выгравированный рельефный рисунок, и после прохождения между упомянутыми валками полоса выходит с тисненым рисунком.
6. Способ по п.2 или 3, согласно которому полосу сжимают между упомянутыми инструментами с усилием, составляющим от 2,5 до 500 ньютон на миллиметр ширины полосы.
7. Способ по п.1 или 3, согласно которому упомянутую полосу нагревают до температуры от 75 до 120°С, до ее контактирования с упомянутыми инструментами.
8. Способ по п.7, согласно которому упомянутую полосу выдерживают при упомянутой температуре в течение, по меньшей мере, 1/2 с, до ее контактирования с упомянутыми инструментами.
9. Способ по п.5, согласно которому, по меньшей мере, один валок охлаждают таким образом, чтобы после выхода из пространства между валками полосу можно было либо наматывать на бобину, либо деформировать с целью придания ей формы цилиндра, при этом ее температура является близкой к температуре окружающей среды и, как правило, имеет значение, меньшее 40°С.
10. Способ п.5, согласно которому гравированный валок используют для нанесения на упомянутую полосу печатного рисунка.
