Claims (25)
1. Устройство для производства путем экструзии пористого продукта, включающее матрицу, содержащую отверстие; ограничительное устройство, расположенное перед отверстием; заслонку, проходящую через выемку в ограничительном устройстве; устройство для поддержания давления, которое прилагает давление к заслонке; и в котором экструдированный продукт выходит из отверстия, проходит через ограничительную трубку, соприкасается с заслонкой и становится нелинейным экструдированным продуктом.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой давление текучей среды на одном конце заслонки.
3. Устройство по п.2, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой поворотный привод.
4. Устройство по п.2, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой инжекторный канал, расположенный на дальнем конце заслонки.
5. Устройство по п.2, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой инжекторный канал, расположенный на ближнем конце задвижки.
6. Устройство по п.2, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой пару вставляющихся друг в друга трубок, расположенных на дальнем конце заслонки.
7. Устройство по п.2, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой пару вставляющихся друг в друга трубок, расположенных на ближнем конце заслонки.
8. Устройство по п.2, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой линейный привод и заслонка имеет фиксированную ориентацию.
9. Устройство по п.2, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой линейный привод и заслонка имеет изменяемую ориентацию.
10. Устройство по п.1, содержащее, кроме того, раму; в котором устройство для поддержания давления установлено на этой раме, а рама является независимой от ограничительного устройства.
11. Устройство по п.1, содержащее, кроме того, датчик; в котором датчик показывает давление, приложенное к заслонке.
12. Устройство по п.1, содержащее, кроме того, противовес; в котором действие противовеса состоит в удалении заслонки из ограничительного устройства при отсутствии давления, прилагаемого к заслонке устройством для поддержания давления.
13. Устройство по п.1, в котором форма полученного экструзией пористого продукта регулируется при помощи давления.
14. Способ производства путем экструзии пористого продукта, включающий экструдирование, полученное путем экструзии продукта в ограничительную камеру; приведение экструдированного продукта в контакт с заслонкой; при котором устройство для поддержания давления прилагает давление к заслонке, и при котором форма полученного экструзией пористого продукта регулируется при помощи этого давления.
15. Способ по п.14, в котором ограничительная камера представляет собой трубку, а полученный экструзией продукт представляет собой полученный экструзией спиралеобразный пористый продукт.
16. Способ по п.14, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой поворотный привод.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой инжекторный канал, расположенный на дальнем конце заслонки.
18. Способ по п.16, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой инжекторный канал, расположенный на ближнем конце заслонки.
19. Способ по п.16, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой пару вставляющихся друг в друга трубок, расположенных на дальнем конце заслонки.
20. Способ по п.16, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой пару вставляющихся друг в друга трубок, расположенных на ближнем конце заслонки.
21. Способ по п.16, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой линейный привод и заслонка имеет фиксированную ориентацию.
22. Способ по п.16, в котором устройство для поддержания давления представляет собой линейный привод и заслонка имеет изменяемую ориентацию.
23. Способ по п.14, в котором заслонка установлена на раме, а рама является независимой от ограничительного устройства.
24. Способ по п.14, в котором датчик показывает давление, приложенное к заслонке.
25. Способ по п.14, в котором действие противовеса состоит в удалении заслонки из ограничительного устройства при отсутствии давления, прилагаемого к заслонке устройством для поддержания давления.
