Abstract

Se describe un método que consiste en aplicar una presión controlada sobre la charnela en un aparato de producción de extrudido inflado en forma de espiral. Se utiliza un sistema neumático para aplicar presión a una charnela, por medio de un accionador giratorio que aplica presión casi constante sobre ésta. En forma alternativa, un par de tubos telescopios conectados a la charnela y una fuente de presión de aire puede aplicar una presión casi constante tanto sobre el extremo más próximo como sobre el más distante de la charnela. Siguiendo con las alternativas, se puede utilizar un accionador lineal para proporcionar la presión casi constante necesaria. Como resultado de aplicar una presión casi constante sobre la charnela se puede tener un control predecible sobre el paso o espaciado de los espirales del extruido inflado en forma de espiral.
