Abstract
应用在谷物膨化挤出机上的夹馅装置，在同一圆
周上均布的三个喷头芯外都固定一导向管，导向管上
固定有空心楔形切刀，每个导向管通向水套上均布的
三个锥形合拢孔，螺旋冷却管直线部分与合拢孔固
接，冷却管弯曲部分沿锥形连接套内壁布置，连通滚
筒，滚筒与锥形连接套固接，这种夹馅装置可生产夹
馅麻花状膨化食品。
Description
本实用新型是膨化机的夹馅装置。
目前谷物膨化机没有夹馅装置，生产出的产品，只能是条状或片状，品种单一，不能生产夹馅产品，更不能生产麻花食品。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种谷物膨化挤出机用的夹馅装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：不改变膨化机的结构，只是在原膨化机喷头及喷头芯处安装夹馅装置。在喷头芯外固定一导向管，导向管上固定一空心楔形切刀。喷头芯、切刀共有三套，均布在同一圆周上，每个导向管通向水套上的三个锥形合拢孔，合拢孔与螺旋冷却管的直线部分固定连接。
生产时，由挤出机喷头挤出的膨化产品，沿着导向管前进时被空心楔形切刀纵向切开。由于采用楔形切刀，阻力小，故产品被切开后的断面裂口比较窄。馅是由空心楔形切刀通过导向管挤入产品中的。沿着导向管前进的纵向切开的产品通过锥形合拢孔而被重新合拢粘合。这是由于锥形合拢孔的直径逐渐减小的原故。从而达到了膨化食品夹馅目的。
如要生产麻花夹馅食品，可将螺旋冷却管分直线部分和弯曲部分。其弯曲部分沿锥形连接套的内壁布置，通向滚筒。滚筒与锥形连接套固定连接。产品沿着 螺旋冷却管前进，出来后具有一定螺旋性，在滚筒内壁的限制下，产品沿着一个螺旋方向前进。三根相同而且相位差为120度的螺旋线状产品相互间拧在一起，即成了麻花夹馅产品。
这种装置结构简单，不需改变原挤出机结构，可生产夹馅食品或麻花夹馅食品，给膨化挤出机带来新的功能，扩大了食品种类。

以生产麻花夹馅食品的夹馅装置为例：
在喷头1，喷头芯2外固定有导向管5，导向管上固定有空心楔形切刀3。 喷头芯，导向管，切刀共有三套，均布在同一圆周上。每个导向管通向水套4上的三个锥形合拢孔6，合拢孔与螺旋冷却管7的直线部分固定连接。螺旋冷却管7的弯曲部分沿锥形连接套8的内壁布置，通向滚筒9，滚筒与锥形连接套8固定连接。
Claims (2)
1、一种安装在谷物膨化挤出机喷头1喷头芯2上的夹馅装置，特征在于在喷头芯2外固定有导向管5，导向管上固定有空心楔形切刀3；喷头芯，楔形切刀共有三套，均布在同一圆周上，每个导向管通向水套4上的三个锥形合拢孔6，合拢孔与螺旋冷却管7的直线部分固定连接。
2、按照权利要求1所述的夹馅装置，其特征在于螺旋冷却管7的弯曲部分沿锥形连接套8的内壁布置，通向滚筒9，滚筒9与锥形连接套8固接。
