Непробиваемое защитное изделие, содержащее множество гибких слоев с поверхностной плотностью от 0,5 до 6,0 килограммов на квадратный метр, причем каждый из слоев изготовлен из тканого материала; при этом тканый материал имеет коэффициент плотности ткани от 0,75 до 1,15 и изготовлен из пряж, а пряжи имеют линейную плотность 500 децитекс или меньше, прочность от 3 до 20 граммов на децитекс и энергию разрушения от 8 до менее 30 Дж на грамм, причем пряжи дополнительно содержат штапельные волокна, при этом штапельные волокна имеют линейную плотность от 0,2 до 7,0 децитекс на волокно.
2. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, в котором штапельные волокна имеют (a) по существу одинаковую длину, (b) переменную длину или (c) подгруппы штапельных волокон, имеющих по существу одинаковую длину, и штапельные волокна в другой подгруппе (подгруппах), имеющие разные длины, причем штапельные волокна в подгруппах смешаны вместе, образуя по существу однородное распределение.
3. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, в котором пряжи являются кручеными, или штапельные волокна являются смешанными, или и то и другое.
4. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, в котором пряжи имеют уровень крутки, соответствующий коэффициенту крутки не более 5.
5. Непробиваемое изделие по п.4, в котором в пряжи включено множество свитых и скрученных вместе нитей.
6. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, в котором пряжи обладают энергией разрушения от 10 до 25 Дж на грамм.
7. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, в котором пряжи имеют прочность от 5 до 16 граммов на децитекс.
8. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, в котором штапельные волокна имеют степень извитости не более 8 извитостей на сантиметр.
9. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, в котором штапельные волокна выбраны из группы, состоящей из полиамидных волокон, полиолефиновых волокон, полибензоксазольных волокон, полибензотиазольных волокон, поли{2,6-диимидазо[4,5-b4′,5′-e]пиридинилен-1,4-(2,5-дигидрокси)фениленовых} волокон и их смесей.
10. Непробиваемое изделие по п.9, в котором штапельные волокна содержат арамидные волокна.
11. Непробиваемое изделие по п.10, в котором штапельные волокна содержат поли(пара-фенилентерефталамидные) волокна.
12. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, в котором штапельные волокна имеют линейную плотность от 0,4 до 5,0 децитекс на волокно.
13. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, в котором слои в совокупности имеют поверхностную плотность от 1,0 до 5,0 килограммов на квадратный метр.
14. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, которое соответствует, по меньшей мере, уровню 1 эксплуатационных требований в отношении колющего оружия, описанных в стандарте-0115.00 NIJ.
15. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, дополнительно содержащее второе множество пуленепробиваемых слоев.
16. Непробиваемое изделие по п.15, которое соответствует, по меньшей мере, типу IIA баллистических эксплуатационных требований, описанных в стандарте-0101.04 NIJ.
17. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, в котором тканый материал имеет коэффициент плотности ткани от 0,85 до 1,1.
18. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, в котором ткань дополнительно содержит непрерывную комплексную нить.
19. Непробиваемое изделие по п.1, дополнительно содержащее, по меньшей мере, один слой тканого материала, изготовленного из пряжи, включающей в себя непрерывные комплексные нити, причем такая ткань имеет коэффициент плотности ткани, по меньшей мере, 0,75, и такая пряжа имеет линейную плотность меньше 500 децитекс.
