Способ ненатяжной герниопластики при паховых грыжах, включающий передний паховый доступ к паховому каналу, выделение паховой связки и семенного канатика, выделение и обработку грыжевого мешка, расположение смоделированного сетчатого протеза, продольно рассеченного с латерального конца, под семенным канатиком и фиксацию его швами к паховой связке и внутренней косой мышце с последующим восстановлением тканей, отличающийся тем, что сетчатый протез моделируют с учетом замещения им латерального лоскута апоневроза наружной косой мышцы живота и подшивают его к паховой связке по линии, которая расположена проксимальнее его нижнего края, а в эти швы захватывают не только паховую связку, но и латеральный лоскут апоневроза наружной косой мышцы живота на всю ширину, нижний же край сетчатого протеза фиксируют к медиальному лоскуту апоневроза наружной косой мышцы живота поверх его без натяжения.1.
