Способ хирургического лечения паховой грыжи, включающий вскрытие пахового канала, иссечение грыжевого мешка, рассечение поперечной фасции от лобкового бугорка до глубокого пахового кольца с обнажением предбрюшинного пространства, пластику задней стенки пахового канала, отличающийся тем, что иссечение грыжевого мешка осуществляют после рассечения поперечной фасции и обнажения предбрюшинного пространства, при этом поперечную фасцию рассекают вдоль верхнего края пахового промежутка, отступив от него на 5-6 мм, из поперечной фасции формируют лоскут с основанием на подвздошно-лобковом тяже, отворачивают его латерально, затем, после иссечения грыжевого мешка, проводят пластику задней стенки пахового канала, для чего под семенным канатиком наружный край влагалища прямой мышцы сшивают с лобковым бугорком, соединенное сухожилие и апоневроз поперечной мышцы - с внутренней поверхностью подвздошно-лобкового тяжа, захватывая при этом верхнюю узкую часть поперечной фасции, оставшуюся после выкраивания лоскута, формируют глубокое паховое кольцо, после чего лоскут сшивают с соединенным сухожилием и апоневрозом поперечной мышцы.A method of surgical treatment of an inguinal hernia, including opening the inguinal canal, excision of the hernial sac, dissection of the transverse fascia from the pubic tubercle to the deep inguinal ring with exposure of the preperitoneal space, plasticity of the posterior wall of the inguinal canal, characterized in that the excision of the hernial sac is performed after dissection of the transverse fascia and exposure preperitoneal space, while the transverse fascia is dissected along the upper edge of the inguinal gap, departing from it by 5-6 mm, from the transverse fascia of the forms they dig a flap with the base on the iliac-pubic stria, turn it laterally, then, after excision of the hernial sac, plastic surgery of the posterior wall of the inguinal canal is performed, for which, under the spermatic cord, the outer edge of the rectus sheath is sewn with the pubic tubercle, the connected tendon and transverse muscle aponeurosis - with the inner surface of the iliac-pubic strand, while capturing the upper narrow part of the transverse fascia remaining after cutting the flap, form a deep inguinal ring, after which the flap is sutured a venous tendon and aponeurosis of the transverse muscle.
