Claims (15)
1. Система защитного покрытия для защиты объекта путем ограничения с его помощью микроокружения рядом с объектом, когда система защитного покрытия наложена на объект, содержащая
(a) покрытие для наложения на объект и ограничения с его помощью микроокружения, когда указанное покрытие накладывается на объект, причем покрытие содержит первый слой, содержащий непористый слой, проницаемый для паров воды; и
(b) источник ингибитора коррозии, который обеспечивает, по меньшей мере, один ингибитор коррозии для микроокружения, когда указанное покрытие накладывается на объект, причем источник ингибитора коррозии находится в сообщении с микроокружением, когда указанное покрытие накладывается на объект, так что, по меньшей мере, некоторая часть ингибитора коррозии поступает в микроокружение.
2. Система защитного покрытия по п.1, в которой покрытие содержит внутреннюю лицевую сторону, находящееся напротив объекта, когда указанное покрытие накладывается на объект, и дополнительно содержит второй слой, находящийся напротив внутренней лицевой стороны, и содержит материал суперадсорбента.
3. Система защитного покрытия по п.1, в которой непористая пленка, проницаемая для паров воды, представляет собой один из материалов из (a) сополимера сложного и простого эфира, (b) сополимера простого эфира и амида (c) разветвленного сложного полиэфира, максимум, с тремя реакционноспособными изоцианатными группами на молекулу, и (d) продукта перфторсульфоновой кислоты.
4. Система защитного покрытия по п.1, в которой покрытие содержит, по меньшей мере, один материал, воздействующий на радар, имеющий заранее выбранную способность воздействия на радар.
5. Система защитного покрытия для защиты объекта путем ограничения с его помощью микроокружения рядом с объектом, когда система защитного покрытия накладывается на объект, содержащая
(a) покрытие для наложения на объект и ограничения с его помощью микроокружения, когда указанное покрытие накладывается на объект, и содержащее
(i) первый слой, содержащий материал, проницаемый для паров воды; и
(ii) второй слой, прикрепленный к первому слою, содержащий пористый материал и образующий подложку для первого слоя; и
(b) источник ингибитора коррозии, содержащий, по меньшей мере, один ингибитор коррозии, и находящийся в сообщении текучих сред с микроокружением, когда указанное покрытие накладывается на объект, для обеспечения указанного, по меньшей мере, одного ингибитора коррозии для микроокружения.
6. Система защитного покрытия по п.5, в которой первый слой имеет внутреннюю лицевую сторону и наружную лицевую сторону, причем второй слой находится напротив наружной лицевой стороны, при этом покрытие дополнительно содержит третий слой, который находится напротив внутренней лицевой стороны и содержит материал, проницаемый для жидкости.
7. Система защитного покрытия по п.6, в которой покрытие дополнительно содержит слой суперадсорбента, расположенный между первым и третьим слоем.
8. Система защитного покрытия для ингибирования коррозии объекта путем формирования микроокружения рядом с объектом, когда система защитного покрытия применяется к металлическому объекту, содержащая
(a) покрытие, которое содержит
(i) первый слой, имеющий первую лицевую сторону и вторую лицевую сторону, и содержащий поглощающий материал, приспособленный для поглощения и удерживания влаги; и
(ii) второй слой, расположенный рядом с первой лицевой стороной первого слоя, и являющийся непроницаемым для жидкости; и
(b) источник ингибитора коррозии, который содержит, по меньшей мере, один ингибитор коррозии и находится в сообщении текучих сред с микроокружением, когда указанное покрытие применяется к металлическому объекту.
9. Система защитного покрытия по п.8, в которой поглощающий материал представляет собой материал гидрогеля суперадсорбента.
10. Система защитного покрытия по п.8, в которой второй слой является проницаемым для паров воды.
11. Система защитного покрытия по п.10, в которой второй слой содержит непористый слой.
12. Панель для защитного покрытия для металлического объекта, содержащая
(a) первый слой, имеющий первую лицевую сторону и вторую лицевую сторону, причем первый слой содержит материал суперадсорбента, приспособленный для поглощения и удерживания влаги;
(b) второй слой, расположенный рядом с первой лицевой стороной первого слоя, причем второй слой является непроницаемым для жидкости, и имеет периферийный край; и
(c) крепление, расположенное рядом с периферийным краем, причем крепление выполнено с возможностью разъемного крепления панели со сходной с ней, отдельной панелью;
при этом панель имеет площадь, равную, по меньшей мере, 3 кв.футам (0,279 м2).
13. Способ ингибирования коррозии на металлическом объекте, включающий в себя стадии
(a) обеспечения покрытия, которое содержит
(i) первый слой, имеющий первую лицевую сторону и вторую лицевую сторону, и содержащий поглощающий материал, причем первый слой является приспособленным для поглощения и удерживания влаги; и
(ii) второй слой, расположенный рядом со второй лицевой стороной первого слоя, и являющийся непроницаемым для жидкости; и
(b) покрытия, по меньшей мере, части металлического объекта с помощью указанного покрытия, так что первый слой находится напротив металлического объекта для формирования под покрытием микроокружения.
14. Способ по п.13, дополнительно включающий в себя стадию введения, по меньшей мере, одного ингибитора коррозии в микроокружение для формирования на металлическом объекте защитной пленки.
15. Способ ингибирования коррозии на металлическом объекте, включающий в себя стадии
(a) создания покрытия, содержащего непористый слой, проницаемый для паров воды;
(b) покрытия, по меньшей мере, части металлического объекта с помощью указанного покрытия для определения под указанным покрытием микроокружения; и
(c) введения, по меньшей мере, одного ингибитора коррозии в указанное микроокружение для формирования на металлическом объекте защитной пленки.
