Claims (6)
1. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб, содержащее штифт и втулку, каждый из которых имеет контактную поверхность, включающую снабженный резьбой участок и свободный от резьбы участок для контакта металла, отличающееся тем, что контактная поверхность, по меньшей мере, только штифта или втулки покрыта металлическим грунтовочным слоем, а поверх него - смазывающим покрывающим слоем, при этом грунтовочный слой имеет пористость 5-80% и толщину 1-30 мкм, слой смазывающего покрытия включает твердое смазывающее покрытие или жидкое смазывающее покрытие, причем последнее по существу свободно от порошков твердых металлов, а максимальная общая толщина грунтовочного слоя и смазывающего покрывающего слоя составляет 100 мкм.
2. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по п.1, в котором грунтовочный слой имеет твердость по Виккерсу 50-250.
3. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по п.1 или 2, в котором грунтовочный слой образован электролитическим способом, при помощи дутья или газопламенного напыления.
4. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по п.1 или 2, в котором грунтовочный слой образован из металла, выбранного из Zn, Cu, Ni, Sn, Cr, Al, Co, драгоценных металлов и их сплавов.
5. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по п.1 или 2, в котором смазывающий покрывающий слой представляет собой жидкое смазывающее покрытие, по существу, состоящее из соли неблагородного металла органической кислоты или содержащее соль неблагородного металла органической кислоты.
6. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по п.1 или 2, в котором смазывающий покрывающий слой включает твердое смазывающее вещество и связующее, способные образовывать органическое или неорганическое покрытие.
