Claims (10)
1. Способ получения синтез-газа каталитическим реформингом с водяным паром углеводородсодержащего сырья параллельно в автотермической реформинг-установке с водяным паром и в одной или нескольких последовательных реформинг-установках с водяным паром, причем тепло для реакций реформинга с водяным паром в одной или нескольких реформинг-установках с водяным паром обеспечивают непрямым теплообменом с объединенными потоками газа, отходящего от одной или нескольких реформинг-установок с водяным паром с автотермической реформинг-установкой в водяным паром, и где газ, содержащий оксид углерода, добавляют к сырью перед реформингом с водяным паром в автотермической реформинг-установке с водяным паром и/или перед реформингом с водяным паром в одной или нескольких реформинг-установках с водяным паром, а газ, содержащий оксид углерода, имеющий мольное отношение водорода к углероду менее 4,5, добавляют в количестве, приводящем к потоку продукта, имеющего мольное отношение водорода к оксиду углерода между, приблизительно, 1,8 и 2,3.
2. Способ по п.1, где одна или несколько реформинг-установок с водяным паром представляют собой адиабатические реформинг-установки с водяным паром и/или теплообменные реформинг-установки с водяным паром.
3. Способ по п.2, где сырье для одной или нескольких адиабатических реформинг-установок с водяным паром подогревают непрямым теплообменом с объединенными потоками газов, отходящих от одной или нескольких реформинг-установок с водяным паром и автотермической реформинг-установки с водяным паром.
4. Способ по п.2, где тепло для теплообменной реформинг-установки обеспечивают непрямым теплообменом с объединенными потоками газов, отходящих от одной или нескольких реформинг-установок с водяным паром и автотермической реформинг-установки с водяным паром.
5. Способ по п.1, где катализатор в, по меньшей мере, одной из реформинг-установок с водяным паром находится в форме гранул или каталитического средства.
6. Способ по п.5, где каталитическое средство размещено на структурированных металлических или керамических элементах или на монолитах.
7. Способ по п.1, где активный каталитический материал в первой из реформинг-установок с водяным паром представляет собой никель, а активный материал в последней из реформинг-установок с водяным паром представляет собой благородный металл или смесь благородных металлов.
8. Способ по п.3, где подогрев объединяют с каталитическим реформингом с водяным паром между, по меньшей мере, одной из адиабатических реформинг-установок с водяным паром.
9. Способ по п.1, где окислитель для автотермической реформинг-установки с водяным паром содержит, по меньшей мере, 90% кислорода по объему.
10. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где газ, содержащий оксид углерода, представляет собой остаточный газ из процесса Фишера-Тропша.
