1. Органическая азотсодержащая композиция, содержащая ферментационный маточный раствор, полученный культивированием микроорганизма, обладающего способностью продуцировать L-глутаминовую кислоту, в жидкой среде, рН которой доводится до значения, при котором L-глутаминовой кислоте дают возможность осаждаться, при допущении того, что L-глутаминовая кислота продуцируется и накапливается с сопровождаемым осаждением, и последующим отделением L-глутаминовой кислоты от среды.1.
