Claims (9)
1. Замещенные анилиновые соединения формулы 1
в которой R21 обозначает C1-С3алкоксиметил, C1-С3алкоксиминометил, C1-С3алкоксикарбонил, CN, C1-С3алкил;
R22 обозначает Cl, Br, C1-С3алкил;
R23 обозначает водород, C1-С3алкоксиметил, C1-С3алкоксикарбонил, CN, Cl, Br, C1-С3алкил;
при этом по меньшей мере один из остатков R21 или R23 представляет собой C1-С3алкоксикарбонил либо его функциональное производное или С1-C3алкоксиметил; R23 не может обозначать водород, а R22 и R23 не имеют идентичного значения, если R21 представляет собой C1-С3алкоксикарбонил или CN; R22 не имеет идентичного R21 значения, если R21 представляет собой Cl, Br или C1-С3алкил, а R23 представляет собой C1-С3алкоксикарбонил, и R22 не обозначает Cl, если R21 представляет собой CH3, а R23 представляет собой C1-С3алкоксикарбонил; R23 не обозначает водород, если R21 представляет собой C1-С3алкоксиметил,
и их соли, за исключением соединений формулы 1, где а) R21 и R23 обозначают CN, a R22 представляет собой CH3 и б) R21 обозначает CN, R22 обозначает CH3 и R23 представляет собой CO2CH3.
2. Соединения формулы 1 по п. 1, где R21 обозначает C1-С3алкоксиметил, C1-С3алкоксиминометил, C1-С3алкоксикарбонил, CN или C1-С3алкил; R22 обозначает Cl, Br или C1-С3алкил и R23 обозначает C1-С3алкоксиметил.
3. Соединения формулы 1 по п. 1, где R21 обозначает C1-С3алкоксиметил или C1-С3алкоксиминометил; R22 обозначает Cl, Br или C1-С3алкил и R23 обозначает Н, C1-С3алкоксиметил, Cl, Br или C1-С3алкил.
4. Соединения общей формулы 1 по п.1, где переменные R21-R23 имеют следующие значения: R21 обозначает C1-С3алкоксиминометил; R22 обозначает Cl или Br и R23 обозначает водород.
5. Соединения общей формулы 1 по п.1, где переменные R21-R23 имеют следующие значения: R21 обозначает C1-С3алкоксикарбонил или цианогруппу; R22 и R23 имеют отличные друг от друга значения и обозначают Cl, Br или C1-С3алкил, а R23 обозначает, кроме того, C1-С3алкоксикарбонил.
6. Соединения общей формулы 1 по п.1, где переменные R21-R23 имеют следующие значения: R21 обозначает C1-С3алкоксиметил или C1-С3алкоксиминометил; R22 обозначает Cl, Br или C1-С3алкил и R23 обозначает C1-С3алкил.
7. Способ получения замещенных анилиновых соединений формулы 1, где остатки R22 и R23 имеют значения, указанные в п.1, а R21 представляет собой CN, отличающийся тем, что соединение формулы 25
где остатки R22 и R23 имеют значения, указанные в п.1;
R21 представляет собой CONH2;
X обозначает анион неорганической или органической кислоты, обрабатывают фосфороксихлоридом.
8. Способ получения соединений формулы А
в которой R21 обозначает C1-С3алкоксиметил, C1-С3алкоксиминометил, C1-С3алкоксикарбонил, CN, C1-С3алкил;
R22 обозначает Cl, Br, C1-С3алкил;
R23 обозначает водород, C1-С3алкоксиметил, Cl, Br, C1-С3алкил;
при этом по меньшей мере один из остатков R21 либо R23 представляет собой C1-С3алкоксикарбонил или C1-С3алкоксиметил; R23 не может обозначать водород, а R22 и R23 не имеют идентичного значения, если R21 представляет собой C1-С3алкоксикарбонил или CN; R23 не обозначает водород, если R21 представляет собой C1-С3алкоксиметил;
R1 обозначает галоген, CN, NO2, C1-С3алкил, C1-С3галоалкил, C1-С3алкокси, C1-С3галоалкокси, C1-С3алкилтио, C1-С3галоалкилтио, C1-С3алкилсульфинил, C1-С3галоалкилсульфинил, C1-С3алкилсульфонил, C1-С3галоалкилсульфонил, C3-С6циклоалкил, C3-С6циклоалкил-С1-C3алкил, C2-С4алкенил, C2-С4галоалкенил, C2-С4алкинил, C3-С4галоалкинил, амино, C1-С3моноалкиламино или C1-С3алкилкарбонил;
R5 обозначает водород, C1-С3алкил, ОН или C1-С4алкокси;
R6 обозначает водород, C1-С6алкил, C1-С6галоалкил, C1-С6цианоалкил, C3-С6циклоалкил, C3-С6циклоалкенил, C3-С6циклоалкил-С1-С3алкил, C3-С6циклоалкил, содержащий 1 либо 2 заместителя, выбранных независимо друг от друга из группы, включающей галоген и C1-С3алкил, C3-С6циклоалкокси-С1-С3алкил, C1-С6алкокси-С1-С6алкил, C1-С6алкилтио-С1-С6алкил, C1-С6алкоксикарбонил-С1-С6алкил, C3-С6алкенил, C3-С6алкинил, амино, C1-С4моноалкиламино, ди-С1-С4алкиламино или R6 вместе с R5 образуют 5- либо 6-членный гетероцикл, содержащий 1, 2 или 3 гетероатома, выбранных независимо друг от друга из группы, включающей N, О и S, и необязательно 1 или 2 заместителя, выбранных независимо друг от друга из группы, включающей галоген, C1-С3алкил, C1-С3алкокси и C1-С3галоалкил;
m = 0 или 1;
n = 0, 1, 2 или 3,
при этом соединение формулы В
подвергают взаимодействию с соединением формулы 1
с получением соединения формулы С или D
либо их смеси, затем это соединение формулы С или D либо их смесь циклизуют с образованием соединения формулы E
и соединение формулы E подвергают взаимодействию с амином формулы F
9. Применение соединений формулы 1 по любому из пп.1-6 для получения соединения формулы А, представленного в п.8.
