Claims (6)

1. Phytopathogenic fungicide containing compounds of formula I

where a ¹ is a substituted 2-pyridyl;
A ² is optionally substituted phenyl;
L is - (C = O) -; -SO ₂ - or - (C = S) -;
R ¹ is hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl or acyl and
R ² is hydrogen or optionally substituted alkyl and its salts. 2. The compound of formula I

and its salt, in which And ¹ is 2-pyridyl, having substituents in the 3 and / or 5 position, and not in another position. A ² is optionally substituted phenyl; R ¹ and R ² are hydrogen, and L is - (C = O) -, -SO ₂ -, - (C = S) -.  3. A pesticidal composition comprising the compounds according to claim 2 in a mixture with an agriculturally acceptable diluent or carrier.  4. A method of combating phytopathogenic fungi in a foci that are infected or susceptible to infestation thereof, which includes applying to the focus of a compound of formula I according to claim 1 or 2 5. including stages:
a) interaction under alkaline conditions of compounds of formula IV with compounds of formula V to obtain intermediate compounds of formula VI

b) converting intermediates of formula VI to intermediates of formula VII

c) converting intermediates of formula VII to compounds of formula IIa

where R ^a and R ^b , which may be the same or different, are alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, heterocyclyl or phenyl, each of which may be substituted;
E ¹ is both an electron acceptor group and a group that can be replaced by hydrogen in a known manner according to step c);
X ¹ is a leaving group and
A ¹ and R ^{1 are} defined in paragraph 1. 6. The compound of formula IIb and

its salts, where A ¹ is 2-pyridyl, having substituents in the 3 and / or 5 position, and R ¹ is an optionally substituted alkyl, as an intermediate product.
