Claims (18)
1. Устройство для имплантации в полость трубчатого органа тела, содержащее датчик, имеющий мембрану, способную совершать механические колебания; и защитное покрытие, образованное из полимерного поликсилилена и осажденное по меньшей мере на мембрану, способную совершать механические колебания.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором защитное покрытие имеет толщину менее 4500 Ангстрем.
3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором защитное покрытие имеет толщину менее 2500 Ангстрем.
4. Устройство по п. 1, в котором мембрана, способная совершать механические колебания, образована из полупроводникового материала.
5. Устройство по п. 1, в котором полупроводниковым материалом является кремний или нитрид кремния или диоксид кремния.
6. Устройство по п. 1, в котором мембрана, способная совершать механические колебания, чувствительна к анатомической характеристике организма.
7. Устройство по п. 1, в котором защитное покрытие препятствует жидкостям организма и ткани оказывать разрушающее воздействие на мембрану, способную совершать механические колебания.
8. Устройство по п. 1, в котором защитное покрытие содержит инертный материал.
9. Устройство по п. 1, в котором защитное покрытие содержит биосовместимый материал.
10. Устройство по п. 1, в котором полимерный поликсилилен содержит поли(р-хлорксилилен) или поли(р-ксилилен) или поли(р-дихлорксилилен) или поли(р-тетрафторксилилен).
11. Устройство по п. 1, в котором датчик является пассивным датчиком.
12. Устройство по п. 6, в котором анатомическая характеристика, к которой чувствительна мембрана, способная совершать механические колебания, включает в себя по меньшей мере давление или температуру или химикат.
13. Устройство для имплантации в полость трубчатого органа тела, содержащее датчик, имеющий мембрану, способную совершать механические колебания; и защитное покрытие, образованное из силиконового каучука и осажденное по меньшей мере на мембрану, способную совершать механические колебания.
14. Устройство по п. 13, в котором защитное покрытие имеет толщину менее 5000 Ангстрем.
15. Устройство для имплантации в полость трубчатого органа тела, содержащее датчик, имеющий мембрану, способную совершать механические колебания; и защитное покрытие, образованное из политетрафторэтилена и осажденное по меньшей мере на мембрану, способную совершать механические колебания.
16. Устройство по п. 15, в котором защитное покрытие имеет толщину менее 5000 Ангстрем.
17. Устройство по п. 16, дополнительно содержащее слой усилителя адгезии, расположенный по меньшей мере между одной поверхностью датчика и защитным покрытием.
18. Устройство по п. 17, в котором слой усилителя адгезии содержит перфтордецилтриэтоксисилан.
