Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине и касается выполнения датчика для размещения в полости трубчатого органа тела. Датчик имеет мембрану, способную совершать механические колебания. Варианты устройства отличаются выполнением защитного покрытия из разного материала и разной толщины, которое обеспечивает высокую точность изменения и продлевает срок службы датчика. 3 с. и 8 з.п.ф-лы, 16 ил.

Claims (11)
1. Устройство для имплантации в полость трубчатого органа тела, содержащее датчик, имеющий мембрану, способную совершать механические колебания, и защитное покрытие, образованное из полимерного поликсилилена и осажденное по меньшей мере на мембране, причем защитное покрытие имеет толщину менее 4500 A.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором защитное покрытие имеет толщину менее 2500 A.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором мембрана, способная совершать механические колебания, образована из полупроводникового материала.
4. Устройство по п.3, в котором полупроводниковым материалом является кремний, или нитрид кремния, или диоксид кремния.
5. Устройство по п.1, в котором мембрана, способная совершать механические колебания, чувствительна к анатомической характеристике организма, такой, как давление, температура или химическое вещество.
6. Устройство по п.1, в котором полимерный поликсилилен содержит поли(р-хлорксилилен), или поли(р-ксилилен), или поли(р-дихлорксилилен), или поли(р-тетрафторксилилен).
7. Устройство по п.1, в котором датчик является пассивным датчиком.
8. Устройство для имплантации в полость трубчатого органа тела, содержащее датчик, имеющий мембрану, способную совершать механические колебания, и защитное покрытие из силиконового каучука, осажденное на мембрану, причем защитное покрытие имеет толщину менее 5000 A.
9. Устройство для имплантации в полость трубчатого органа тела, содержащее датчик, имеющий мембрану, способную совершать механические колебания, и защитное покрытие из полимерного политетрафторэтилена, осажденное на мембрану, причем защитное покрытие имеет толщину менее 5000 A.
10. Устройство по п.9, дополнительно содержащее слой усилителя адгезии, расположенный по меньшей мере между одной поверхностью датчика и защитным покрытием.
11. Устройство по п.10, в котором слой усилителя адгезии содержит перфтордецилтриэтоксисилан.
