Description
The utility model relates to transport engineering, namely to elements of shock absorbers of vehicles.
27.11.2007).Known housing the shock absorber of the vehicle, containing a pipe, a bottom and an eye, while the pipe from the side of the eye has a tapering part covering the bottom and welded to the eye (see patent No. RU 68625, IPC F16F 9/32, F16F 9/54, publ. 11/27/2007).
17.01.2018).The closest to the claimed technical solution in terms of essential features is a hydraulic shock absorber tank containing a hollow body with an open upper and lower surface, while the upper part of the body contains a reduced section, the minimum height of which is equal to the combined height of the tank nut and the rod guide. The inner diameter of the reduced section of the tank body is from 60% to 95% of the internal diameter of the lower part of the tank body (see patent No. RU 176338, IPC F16F 9/32, F16F 5/00, published on January 17, 2018).
A disadvantage of the known technical solutions is that their designs do not ensure the smooth operation of the shock absorber due to insufficient heat transfer from the lower part of the shock absorber.
The task is to create a reservoir design ensuring the smooth operation of the shock absorber.
The technical result coincides with the task, and is achieved due to the fact that in the shock absorber tank containing a hollow body with a reduced section in the upper part, a section with an increased diameter is made in the lower part of the body, the length of which is from 10% to 50% of the length of the tank. The plot with the increased diameter is made by the distribution method.
A new sign of the proposed technical solution is the implementation in the lower part of the housing section with an increased diameter, the length of which is from 10% to 50% of the length of the tank.
The claimed combination of essential features allows to increase the amount of working fluid in the lower part of the shock absorber, thereby increasing its heat transfer, eliminating overheating of the working fluid, and, as a result, to ensure uninterrupted operation of the shock absorber.
An analysis of the known technical solutions, carried out according to scientific, technical and patent documentation, showed that the set of essential features of the claimed technical solution is not known from the prior art, therefore, it meets the patentability condition of the utility model “novelty”.
The inventive utility model is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a shock absorber reservoir in section.
The shock absorber reservoir is made of metal in the form of a cylindrical
The length of
The claimed technical solution allowed to create the design of the tank ensuring the smooth operation of the shock absorber.
The inventive reservoir of the shock absorber can be manufactured on standard technological equipment using modern materials and technologies.
