Abstract

Использование: дл  точного соединени  деталей и узлов газовых турбин и поворотных ремизоподъемных механизмов. Сущность изобретени : сопр гаема  поверхность вала 5 имеет цилиндрическую форму и серию продольных канавок очень малой глубины с острыми кра ми, которые эквидистантно распределены по окружности цилиндрической сопр гаемой поверхности так, что при этом образуетс  желобчата  головка с аксиальным коническим отверстием . Поверхность последнего взаимодействует с соответствующей конической пробкой, закрепленной на одном конце т гового стержн  23, обеспечивающего плотное сцепление цилиндрической сопр гаемой поверхности вала 5 с цилиндрической сопр гаемой поверхностью вращающегос  тела за счет радиального давлени . Количество продольных канавок, расположенных по окружности вала 5, находитс  в пределах 8 - 12. их глубина не превышает 0,1 мм, а длина насадочных поверхностей вращающегос  тела и вала 5 равна длине сопр женных поверхностей конической расточки и пробки. 5 ил. сл С
