Description

The invention relates to devices designed to obstruct the movement of vehicles when attempting to unauthorized entry into or exit from the territory of a protected object.

Known anti-ram barrier containing articulated and locking supports made of two metal pipes of different diameters with reinforced concrete welded in them, and a beam welded from two channels in the form of a box, mounted on supports with the possibility of its rotation in the horizontal plane, inside the beam pre-tensioned steel cables mounted at the ends of the beam are mounted. The supports are made of different levels in height with the possibility of mounting a bracket; on the hinged support, the beam is fixed with a sleeve, two bearings and a locking coupling with the possibility of its rotation in the horizontal plane by an angle of at least 90 °. On the castle support using the tensioning unit of the cables and the locking device in the horizontal plane, the beam is held using a bracket, and the presence of an adjustment nut of the bracket allows you to adjust the gap in the locking device between the beam and the plates. The barrier beam opens and closes automatically with the help of a gear motor; when a button is pressed at the control station, it is fixed with an electromagnetic lock and locked with an electromagnet anchor. The known design of the anti-ram device has several disadvantages:

- when the ram hits the barrier, the drive is subject to destruction, which reduces the reliability of the device in operation and makes this design partially unrepairable, since the drive will need to be replaced;

- the design is made in such a way that it has anti-ram properties in only one direction of movement of vehicles, which limits the operational capabilities of the device;

- the design has large overall dimensions, which also significantly limits its ability to use, since not all protected objects allow you to place a radial swivel beam of this type.

Known anti-ram barrier containing a hollow beam, the ends of which are mounted on two rotary racks, each of which is connected to the corresponding drive by means of a drive cable and connected via an axis to the support of the corresponding base with the possibility of moving the beam from the “speed bump” position to the upper position corresponding to the closing passageways, and vice versa, as well as power racks installed with the possibility of stopping the rotary racks in them when force is applied to the beam, in the cavity of which there are fishing cables. Power cables pass through the rotary racks, and their ends are fixed on the axles. Each axis is installed in the eyes of the corresponding support passing through the base platform and connected with the reinforcement of the foundation buried in the ground. The beam has a profile in the form of a circle segment. A longitudinal stiffener is installed in the beam cavity, which has a T-shaped profile. Power racks are equipped with traffic lights. The known design of the anti-ram device has several disadvantages:

- in the case of ramming, the dynamic loading of ramming will directly affect the supports of the device, which will entail deformation of the supports and generally reduce the strength and reliability of the device in operation

- rotary drive units of the rotary racks are located low from the surface of the roadway, because of which they will be subjected to destructive climatic effects; in addition, the barrier beam when the device is running will always be covered with dirt from the wheels of cars passing through it, the destructive effect on the surface of the beam with tire spikes inoperative is also possible.

The closest in technical essence and technical result achieved to the claimed utility model is a protective anti-ram barrier (BZP), designed to prevent unauthorized passage of vehicles into or from the territory of protected objects. (Manufacturer LLC "Plant" MAK ", http://www.zavodmak.ru/).

The main protective elements of the barrier are a balanced balanced beam and two foundation supports with trunnions for engaging the main power cable located inside the swivel beam box. Raising and lowering the swivel beam is carried out remotely using an electromechanical drive.

The disadvantages of the known protective anti-ram barrier are the increased metal consumption of the anti-ram barrier; the complexity of the assembly and installation of the barrier at the facility; Relatively low reliability and service life.

The technical problem to which the proposed utility model is aimed is to increase the reliability of the device, reduce the mass of the ram barrier, simplify the design while maintaining high reliability in operation, ensuring ease of assembly and installation at the facility.

The stated technical problem is solved in that in the anti-ram barrier containing supports with trunnions, an electric drive, a barrier hollow beam with power cables located inside, one end of which is mounted on an axis mounted on the frame with the possibility of rotation of the beam in a vertical plane, according to the proposed utility model, the electric drive is made in the form of a linear displacement drive, the barrier beam at the axis attachment point is equipped with a bent lever on which the linear displacement drive is pivotally mounted.

In addition, the bases of steel supports and frames are rigidly fixed to the foundation blocks.

In addition, the linear actuator is equipped with a protective casing with a locking device, which prevents unauthorized access to the actuator.

In addition, the cable system is made in the form of at least nine turns of the power cable and is installed in the vertical plane of the beam. The technical result, the achievement of which is ensured by the implementation of the entire claimed combination of essential features consists of:

- to increase the reliability of the device due to the use of a linear displacement drive with a ball screw pair (ball screw), which has a known longer resource than cylindrical, worm or bevel gear types, also by reducing the load on the shaft due to the use of a linear displacement drive, the use of which allows reduce the mass of the anti-ram barrier (there is no counterweight used in the design of the prototype)

- a significant increase in the number of cycles "rise-lowering", which ensures an increase in the life of the device, increasing the level of its reliability

A special cable system, made in the proposed way, provides tensile strength of at least 54 tons of statistical loads. With the help of a cable system, the ram barrier is an insurmountable obstacle for vehicles weighing up to 3.5 tons, moving at a speed of 40 km / h.

In addition, the design is made in such a way that it has anti-ram properties in two directions of movement of vehicles, which extends the operational capabilities of the device.

Anti-ram barrier (figure 1) contains supports 1 with pins 2, electric drive 3, a protective hollow beam 4 with power cables located inside.

The electric drive 3 is made in the form of a linear displacement drive. The linear actuator is equipped with a protective casing 5 with a locking device, preventing unauthorized access to the drive (figure 4).

As a linear displacement drive, for example, the SEA50 RV1 BS32x10 C350 TF V T FCP actuator can be used Version 6 IEC90B14 Conf.06 AC electric motor 3-phase 230/400 V 50 Hz 1.5 kW 2 poles 2830 IP54F with IP44F brake manufactured LLC NPP "Servomechanisms", Chelyabinsk. However, this example does not limit the use of other linear displacement drives intended for similar use.

The barrier beam 4 is, for example, in the form of a truss with a cable system inside the main profiles. The cable system is nine turns of a power cable installed in the cavity of the beam.

The beam lies on the plates of the power pylons and the cable ogons working at the moment of impact - it is located opposite the pins of the power pylons. Thus, the cable system consists of nine cable loops wound in a vertical plane inside the metal profile of the boom

Rope systems are found in designs of anti-ram barriers and other manufacturers. However, the vertical arrangement of the cable winding plane presented earlier has not been used by anyone. The number of turns of the power cable is calculated according to the cross-sectional area, depending on the resistance of the ram impact, which the anti-ram barrier must withstand.

One end of the barrier beam 4 is mounted on an axis fixed to the frame 6 with the possibility of rotation of the beam in a vertical plane.

The barrier beam 4 in the place of attachment of the axis is equipped with a bent lever 7, on which the linear displacement drive 3 is pivotally mounted.

The bases of the steel supports 1 and the frame 6 are rigidly fixed to the foundation blocks (not shown in FIG.)

The operation of the device.

In the working position, the free end of the barrier beam 4 is fixed in a horizontal position in the steel support 1 with a guide recess for lateral support. At the moment of shock loading, the cable loops, being in the beam profiles, interact with the trunnions of 2 steel supports 1. The ramming force primarily deforms the metal profiles of the barrier beam, shifting (putting them on) on the trunnions of the supports. As a result, the plastic deformation of the ram impact irreversibly crushes the profile of the barrier, and at this moment the cable system enters the work to absorb impact energy. Being pre-calculated, the cable system, without collapsing, transfers the residual energy of the ram impact to the power supports, and they, in turn, to the foundation.

The use in the design of the inventive device drive linear displacement allows you to abandon the use in the design of the device lever or other counterweight, which significantly reduces the mass and dimensions of the anti-ram barrier. It also provides a significant reduction in the load on the shaft, simplifies the assembly and installation of the barrier at the facility, and provides an increase in the life of the device by 3-4 times (the estimated figure is up to 1.2 million lifting-lowering cycles). In addition, in the design of the inventive device there is no electric locking device on the opposite support, which eliminates the need for laying a power cable, thereby simplifying the design and reducing the cost of the device compared to the prototype and analogues.

An anti-ram barrier containing supports with pins, an electric drive, a barrier hollow beam with power cables located inside, one end of which is mounted on an axis fixed to the frame with the possibility of turning the beam in a vertical plane, characterized in that the electric drive is made in the form of a linear displacement drive , the barrier beam in the place of attachment of the axis is equipped with a bent lever, on which the linear displacement drive is pivotally mounted.
