The utility model relates to road traffic and is intended to protect against unauthorized passage of vehicles. In particular, the design of a device for restricting the movement of road vehicles related to mechanisms such as a barrier is considered.

The barrier is a special device that serves to restrict entry and exit to the territory. Automatic barriers are a system that works on a remote control and is controlled remotely. The barrier is a fence that significantly surpasses any other fence in a number of characteristics, such as automatic gates, which also serve as barriers. The inconvenience of the gate in some cases can be called a large investment of time to open it. Even the most modern automatic gates can pick up at least half a minute to enter, so it is not advisable to install such barriers in places where not so reliable protection is needed. For example, the installation of continuous automatic gates in car parking is unlikely to be appropriate. If you calculate the time spent on opening / closing the gate, then we can confidently say that at least a third of the time is spent on this. In the case of the barrier, this does not happen. The barrier opens much faster, since it does not have a large weight, and automatic barriers are also opened using remote control.

The main area of application of barriers can be called those objects that do not need much protection of the territory, but, nevertheless, require restrictions on the entry of cars. Automatic barriers are mainly used in enterprises that have their own fleet of official vehicles or allow employees, partners and customers to enter their territory on their vehicles. Since the constant movement of cars in different directions does not allow you to spend too much time opening and closing the gates, in such places barriers are used that do not require a large amount of time to remove the obstacle. In addition, automatic barriers can be opened using the remote control at a distance of up to one hundred meters. That is, if there is security on the territory, then they can easily open the barrier, even moving away from their workplace. And this means that there is no need to incur additional costs for hiring special personnel to close / open the barrier.

In addition, the scope of barriers also includes the restriction of traffic in the courtyards of residential buildings.

However, devices for blocking the movement of vehicles are known. Depending on the tasks, the movement overlap is known to be mobile (see, for example, RU No. 2062431, F41H 11/08, publ. 06/20/1996; No. 2309218, F41H 11/08, E01F 13/12 publ. 10/27/2007; No. 2379412, E01F 13/12, published on January 20, 2010) devices that are a metal fence consisting of a supporting folding structure in the form of intersecting plates pivotally connected to each other at the intersection, and damaging elements - spikes fixed along the axes of these hinges, and stationary devices - barriers of various designs (see, for example, RU No. 2067940, B61L 29/16, publ. 10/20/1996; No. 2068472, E 01F 13/00, publ. 10/27/1996; No. 2213021, B61L 29/04, publ. 09/27/2003).

It is also known a device for blocking the movement of automobile transport - a barrier (RU No. 2213021, B61L 29/04, publ. 09/27/2003) containing a boom (beam), mounted movably, with the possibility of rotation in a vertical plane on a stationary base body, in which the electric drive of the beam is placed, made in the form of a centrifugal mechanism interacting with the beam through the rod.

Closest to the invention in essence and the technical result achieved is an anti-ram barrier containing a beam, one end of which is pivotally mounted on one support, and the other end on the other support using a locking device (RU 2224840, E01F 13/10, publ. 12.07 .2002).

This device also has drawbacks in that the cantilever end of the beam in horizontal position is supported by a strut and wheel, which makes it difficult to open and close the barrier beam when snow is covered, ice freezes or uneven road surface. With this design, it is practically impossible to use an electric drive and automate the control of the barrier. The absence of a cable tension unit in the barrier and its connection with the end plate reduces the strength of beam fastening in the locking device, and open spikes do not allow applying the desired color to the beam and increase the aesthetics of the barrier. These factors significantly reduce the possibility of applying a barrier.

This utility model is aimed at achieving a technical result consisting in increasing the reliability of the barrier in any temperature and climate conditions, providing the possibility of using an electric drive and automation of control, increasing the strength and durability of functioning.

The specified technical result is achieved in that the device for restricting the movement of motor vehicles, containing a base to be fixed on the supporting surface, having a housing, a movable beam located at least partially in the housing and a drive installed in the housing to move the beam from the position of the vehicle’s travel the position providing the possibility of movement of this tool along this path is equipped with a support stand located at a distance from the base and with a nest for accommodating the end of the movable beam, the base case is frame-type and contains a horizontally directed guide for placing the movable beam in its horizontal position, in the lower part of the guide at least in its end sections mounted in-line rollers to support the lower parts of the movable beam and the possibility of moving the latter in the horizontal direction, and a drive for moving the beam in the horizontal direction to or from the support column It is housed in a housing and contains a rack and pinion mechanism, the drive gear of which is kinematically connected with the rotation source, and the gear rack is fixed on the side wall of the movable beam at least for a part of its length.

These features are significant and are interconnected with the formation of a stable set of essential features sufficient to obtain the desired technical result.

The present utility model is illustrated by a specific example of execution, which, however, is not the only possible one, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving the required technical result.

According to this utility model, a new construction of the barrier is considered - a device for restricting the movement of road vehicles.

This device contains a base 2 to be fixed on the supporting surface 1, having a housing 3. The housing 3 is made of a frame type of channels, pipes and other metal profiles, providing high reliability of maintaining the spatial shape and bearing capacity. Outside, this case is closed by metal sheets forming a protective casing, and a cover 5 is mounted on the hinge hinge 4 on top and mounted on the hinge loop 4 (Fig. 4 shows how the cover is tilted to access the body cavity), which is connected to the side wall of the case through a locking mechanism 6 to limit unauthorized third party access. In order to form a reliable fastening in the supporting surface (for example, in soil, earth, loose artificial formation), the foundation 7 can be arranged in the form of a concrete block to which the base is attached, or the base elements are fixed in the pouring concrete (as shown in FIG. one). The level of the location of the base above the supporting surface is determined on the basis of the assigned application (for example, taking into account the dimensions of the height of vehicles). Elements of light or color or reflective signaling can be placed on the base case.

The base, as a rule, is located on one side of the road or that section of the supporting surface, which is considered as the path (lane) of the movement of the vehicle / s (Fig. 1). On the other side of the road or road lane in the supporting surface is fixed (at a distance from the base) a support post 8 made with a socket 9 for accommodating the end part 10 of the movable beam 11. In reality, this nest is an opening into which the end part of the movable beams. The end portion of the movable beam may be the tip of the beam itself or a protrusion at the end of the movable beam. The movable beam is at least partially placed in the housing, that is, part of it is placed directly in the housing and has the ability in the base housing.

The movable beam is designed to perform the function of the barrier barrier element and has the ability to move from the position of the vehicle path overlapping (Fig. 1) to a position that allows this vehicle to move along this path (Fig. 2, 3). The movable beam is made in the form of a flat truss or solid. The movable beam can be made with elements of light or color or reflective signaling.

For this purpose, a horizontally directed (oriented) guide 12 is mounted in the base case 3 for placing a movable beam on it in its horizontal position (Fig. 4-6). On this guide, the movable beam moves in the horizontal direction reciprocating. To reduce the resistance and friction when moving the beam in the lower part of the guide rail, at least in its end sections (or along the entire length of the guide), in-line rollers 13 (forming roller tables) are mounted to support the lower part of the movable beam and the latter can be moved in the horizontal direction.

Moving the movable beam along the guide from the “open” position to the “closed” position and vice versa is carried out by a drive located in the base housing. This drive generates a traction force that is transmitted movably to the beam and moves it, for example, from the “open” position to the “closed” position in the horizontal direction to the support column. During the reverse stroke, the beam moves from the support post.

The drive (the drive itself, in view of the fame of the performance is not illustrated illustratively in the figures) directly contains a rotation source, which can be an electric motor or a hydraulic motor or an air motor or a stepper motor, and an actuating unit in the form of a gearbox containing a rack and pinion mechanism, the drive gear of which is kinematically (mechanical a transmission that provides an increase in output torque with a decrease in speed at the output element) is connected to the source of rotation, and the gear rack is fixed and on the side wall of the movable beam, at least part of its length.

When the rotation source is turned on, rotation from its output shaft is transmitted to the gearbox shaft and fed through the kinematic power circuit to the drive gear. Since the latter is engaged with the rail attached to the beam along its length, the rail moves, leading to the displacement of the beam.

A contact switch (switch) can be mounted on the end portion of the movable beam to stop the drive when pivoting or resting the end portion of the movable beam in the socket on the support stand. Thus, when the beam reaches the socket, the limit switch (circuit breaker) is triggered, leading to a de-energization of the rotation source. When the drive is switched back on from the remote control system, at least by turning it on and / or from the manual control system, at least by turning it on, power is supplied to the rotation source and in the reverse mode the beam returns to the “open” position.

Improving the reliability of the barrier in any temperature and climate conditions, providing the possibility of using an electric drive and automation of control, increasing the strength and durability of the operation is ensured by the fact that the beam weight is perceived by the housing frame, in which the beam has spaced roller bearings that reduce specific pressure and translate friction sliding into rolling friction, in which small drive forces are enough to move the beam. The only link on which durability and reliability depends is the drive itself. But the technology and today's principles of creating frost and moisture resistant drives and gearboxes for any climatic conditions can eliminate the negative impact of climate change. The rollers in the roller tables can be adequately lubricated, and the beam does not have mechanical connections, but is freely located on the rollers without loading the drive with its weight.

Thus, a real utility model allows you to create a highly reliable and durable device of simple design.

1. Device for restricting the movement of motor vehicles, containing a base to be fixed on the supporting surface, having a housing, a movable beam located at least partially in the housing and an actuator installed in the housing to move the beam from the position of blocking the vehicle's travel path to the position that allows movement this tool along this path, characterized in that it is equipped with a support stand located at a distance from the base and made with a socket for placement I of the end part of the movable beam, the base case is frame-type and contains a horizontally directed guide for placing the movable beam in its horizontal position, in the lower part of the guide at least in its end sections mounted in-line rollers for supporting the lower part of the movable beam on them and the possibility of moving the latter in the horizontal direction, and the drive for moving the beam in the horizontal direction to or from the support column is placed in the housing and contains pinion mechanism, the driving gear whose rotation is kinematically coupled with the source, and the toothed rack is fastened to the side wall of the movable beam, at least part of its length.
