The openings for moving the movable beam in the housing are sealed with rubber gaskets, the upper housing surface is inclined, and the upper part of the housing side wall opposite the location of the guide with rollers is made hinged, the through openings in the beam are made closed, the beam downward and upward limit stops are made on the support stand, and in the area of switching the beam into the rollback position the enclosure with a cavity for accommodating the beam is mounted on the base.

Description

The invention relates to road traffic and is intended to protect against unauthorized passage of vehicles. In particular, the design of a device for restricting the movement of road vehicles related to mechanisms such as a barrier is considered.

The barrier is a special device that serves to restrict entry and exit to the territory. Automatic barriers are a system that works on a remote control and is controlled remotely. The barrier is a fence that significantly surpasses any other fence in a number of characteristics, such as automatic gates, which also serve as barriers. The inconvenience of the gate in some cases can be called a large investment of time to open it. Even the most modern automatic gates can pick up at least half a minute to enter, so it is not advisable to install such barriers in places where not so reliable protection is needed. For example, the installation of continuous automatic gates in car parking is unlikely to be appropriate. If you calculate the time spent on opening / closing the gate, then we can confidently say that at least a third of the time is spent on this. In the case of the barrier, this does not happen. The barrier opens much faster, since it does not have a large weight, and automatic barriers are also opened using remote control.

Thus, a barrier for restricting the movement of automobile transport is known, comprising a base to be fixed on a supporting surface, having a housing, a movable beam located at least partially in the housing and a drive installed in the housing to move the beam from the position of blocking the vehicle's travel path to a position that allows the movement of this vehicle along this path. The barrier is equipped with a support column located at a distance from the base and made with a socket for accommodating the end of the movable beam, the base housing contains a horizontally directed guide for placing the movable beam in its horizontal position, in the lower part of the guide at least in its end sections mounted in rows located rollers for supporting the lower part of the movable beam on them and the possibility of moving the latter in the horizontal direction, and a drive for moving the bulk and in the horizontal direction to or from the support column, it is housed in the housing and contains a rack and pinion mechanism, the drive gear of which is kinematically connected with the rotation source, and the gear rack is fixed on the side wall of the movable beam at least for a part of its length (RU 136449, E01F 13 / 00, published on January 10, 2014). This decision is made as a prototype.

A feature of this barrier is the presence of a horizontally movable beam from the rollback position (travel is free) to the prohibition position. At the same time, this barrier is remotely controlled both from the operator’s console and from the car owners' key rings. The mobility of the beam and its dimensions determine the insecurity of using such a barrier. Behind the housing there is an open rollback roll-off zone, which is most of the time free and busy only when the car is traveling. In the dark, under adverse visibility conditions, the operator or driver may not see a person who may be in this area.

In addition, the barrier is a street building and is exposed to rain, snow, ice, mud, etc. And the performance of the barrier depends on the cleanliness of the surfaces of the beam itself and the absence of dirt in the cavity of the housing where the drive is located. The need to maintain the cleanliness of the beam and housing are prerequisites for the long-term functioning of the device. When a beam of a frame structure is designed to facilitate it, the openings and open windows in the frame are often filled with snow and dirt, which when moving the beam fall into the body cavity and can damage the drive. The same thing happens with the case. Snow, water and dirt linger on the housing cover. And when moving, the end of the beam, falling into the nest of the support stand, can perform a nod both up and down. With such a nod, the beam may not fall into the nest.

All of the above ensures the unsafe operation of the barrier and affects its performance.

The present invention is aimed at achieving a technical result, which consists in increasing the safety of the barrier in remote control and increasing durability.

The specified technical result is achieved in that in a barrier containing a housing fixed on the base, partially mounted in the housing, a movable beam and a drive installed in the housing for horizontal movement of the movable beam of the frame structure from the position of blocking the path of movement from one side of the body to the rollback position, allowing movement along this path on the other side of the casing, the support strut at a distance from the base, made with a socket for the end of the movable beam, the casing contains an horizontally directed guide for placing the movable beam in its horizontal position with in-line rollers for supporting the lower part of the movable beam on them and the possibility of moving the latter in the horizontal direction, in the housing, the holes for moving the movable beam are sealed with a rubber seal, the upper surface of the housing is made inclined, and the upper part of the side wall of the housing opposite the placement of the guide with rollers is hinged, through openings in the beam are closed, on the support column is equipped with limiters for moving the beam in the down and up directions, and in the zone of moving the beam to the rollback position, a guard with a cavity inside is mounted on the base to accommodate the beam in it.

These features are significant and are interconnected with the formation of a stable set of essential features sufficient to obtain the desired technical result.

The present utility model is illustrated by a specific example of execution, which, however, is not the only possible one, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving the required technical result.

According to the present invention, a new design of the barrier is considered - a device for restricting the movement of motor vehicles.

This device contains a housing 2 to be fixed on the base 1. The housing 2 is frame-type to maintain spatial shape and load-bearing capacity. Outside, this case is closed by metal sheets forming a protective casing, and a cover 3 is mounted on top, made in the form of an inclined surface for self-removal of water, snow, etc.

To form a secure anchorage on the base (for example, in soil, earth, loose artificial formation) in the latter, a foundation in the form of a concrete block can be organized. The level of the location of the base above the supporting surface is determined on the basis of the assigned application (for example, taking into account the dimensions of the height of vehicles).

The base 1 with the housing 2, as a rule, is located on one side of the road or that section of the supporting surface, which is considered as the path (lane) of the movement of the vehicle / vehicles / vehicles (Fig. 1 and 2). On the other side of the road or road lane in the supporting surface is fixed (at a distance from the base) a support post 4 made with a socket 5 to accommodate the end part 6 of the movable beam 7 of the frame (truss) structure, that is, made of longitudinal elements connected between transverse elements with the formation of through openings between the connected elements. This design provides sufficient strength and low beam weight. The movable beam can be made with elements of light, or color, or reflective signaling.

In reality, the nest is a hole into which the end of the movable beam enters. The end portion of the movable beam may be the tip of the beam itself or a protrusion at the end of the movable beam. To prevent the end of the beam from falling into the nest due to nods up or down, limiters 8 for moving the beam in the down and up directions are made on the support column. These stops are the lower and upper beam traps. These traps also eliminate the possibility of intentionally raising the beam up.

The movable beam is at least partially placed in the housing, that is, part of it is placed directly in the housing and has the ability to move relative to the housing in the horizontal direction.

The movable beam is designed to perform the function of a barrier-barrier element and has the ability to move from the position of the vehicle path overlapping (Fig. 1) to the rollback position, which allows this vehicle to move along this path.

For this purpose, a horizontally directed (oriented) rail is mounted in the casing 2 to place a movable beam on it in its horizontal position. On this guide, the movable beam moves in the horizontal direction reciprocating. To reduce drag and friction when moving the movable beam, in the lower part of the guide rail at least in its end sections (or along the entire length of the guide) mounted in-line rollers (forming roller tables) to support the lower part of the movable beam and the possibility of moving the latter in horizontal direction. The upper part 9 of the side wall of the housing, opposite the placement of the guide with rollers, is hinged (like a cover) to provide access to the guide and rollers and to carry out preventive maintenance and repair.

In the housing, the openings 10 for moving the movable beam are sealed with a rubber seal, which prevents contaminants, snow and water from entering the housing from the beam from the beam. For this, also all through openings, such as snow and mud collectors, are closed or sealed, for example, are sewn up with transparent hardboard 11 (to avoid injuries and deliberate contact with foreign objects).

Moving the movable beam along the guide from the “open” position to the “closed” position and back is carried out by a drive located in the base case (the drive structure is not considered, the same drive can be used as described in the prototype). This drive generates a traction force transmitted movably to the beam and moves it, for example, from the “open” position to the “closed” position in the horizontal direction to the support column. During the reverse stroke, the beam moves from the support post and exits at the other end into the rollback zone located on the other side of the housing. In the zone of movement of the beam to the rollback position, a guard 12 is mounted on the base with a cavity inside to accommodate the beam (for example, in the form of a lattice metal structure sheathed with a profiled sheet). Such a fence is guaranteed to exclude the presence of a person on the path.

Thus, the present invention allows to create a highly reliable and durable safe in operation device of simple design.

A barrier containing a housing fixed on the base, partially movable beam of the frame structure, partially mounted in the housing, and a drive installed in the housing for horizontally moving the movable beam from the overlapping position of the movement path from one side of the housing to the rollback position, which allows movement along this path on the other side of the housing, a support stand at a distance from the base, made with a socket for the end of the movable beam, the housing contains a horizontally directed guide for placement under the horizontal beam in its horizontal position with rollers arranged in a row to support the lower part of the movable beam on them and the possibility of moving the latter in the horizontal direction, characterized in that the openings for moving the movable beam in the housing are sealed with a rubber seal, the upper surface of the housing is made inclined, and the upper part the side wall of the housing, opposite the placement of the guide with the rollers, is hinged, the through openings in the beam are closed, restrictions are made on the support column spruce beams move downwardly and upwardly, while in the zone of movement of the beam position based on rollback is mounted within the enclosure with a cavity for receiving the beams.
