Opis
[0001] Predmetni pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za proizvodnju trake materijala sa integrisanom elektronskom komponentom. Predmetni pronalazak se konkretno odnosi na postupak za proizvodnju gumene trake sa integrisanim RFID čipom.
Tehnička pozadina
[0002] Iz stanja tehnike je poznato da se RFID čipovi integrišu u automobilske, odnosno kamionske pneumatike radi logistike i obezbeđenja kvaliteta, npr. iz KR 2010/0082464 A, US 2011/0284155 A1, US 2010/0212791 A1, KR 2010/0120505, KR 2016/0050452 A i EP 1724 127 A2. Tako je takođe moguće da se sprovodi praćenje saobraćaja i po potrebi dokaže da li su pneumatici ili točkovi ukradeni.
[0003] Takođe je poznata proizvodnja traka materijala od nevulkanizirane gume sa integrisanim RFID čipom, takozvane RFID oznake, koje se zatim pri proizvodnji pneumatika vulkaniziraju zajedno sa gumom. Za proizvodnju takvih traka materijala sa integrisanim RFID čipom, dva odvojena lista materijala se odmotavaju sa rolne, i RFID čipovi se integrišu između ova dva lista materijala i zatim se laminiraju, pa se listovi materijala seku na trake materijala, odnosno RFID oznake.
[0004] Cilj predmetnog pronalaska je da obezbedi postupak za proizvodnju trake materijala sa integrisanom elektronskom komponentom kojim se smanjuje potreban prostor za proizvodne sisteme. Ovaj zadatak je rešen postupkom prema zahtevu 1. Zavisni zahtevi se odnose na povoljna ostvarenja pronalaska.
Rezime pronalaska
[0005] Postupak za proizvodnju trake materijala sa integrisanom elektronskom komponentom prema predmetnom pronalasku obuhvata sledeće korake: dovođenje lista materijala koji je prvo namotan na rolnu i odmotava se pomoću uređaja za dovlačenje, isecanje prvog komada materijala sa lista materijala, isecanje drugog komada materijala sa istog lista materijala, postavljanje elektronske komponente na prvi komad materijala ili drugi komad materijala, postavljanje drugog komada materijala na prvi komad materijala odnosno prvog komada materijala na drugi komad materijala, tako da elektronska komponenta bude prihvaćena između prvog komada materijala i drugog komada materijala, pri čemu prvi komad materijala i drugi komad materijala imaju nevulkaniziranu gumu ili se sastoje od nevulkanizirane gume.
[0006] Prema pronalasku, prvi komad materijala i drugi komad materijala su isečeni sa istog lista materijala. Zato je potreban samo jedan uređaj za odmotavanje i dovođenje jednog lista materijala od nevulkanizirane gume. Na taj način je za ceo proizvodni sistem potrebno znatno manje mesta, jer može da se izostavi uređaj za odmotavanje drugog komada materijala od nevulkanizirane gume. Pored toga, tok rada je pojednostavljen, jer se u proizvodni sistem utovara samo jedan list materijala od nevulkanizirane gume.
[0007] Postavljanjem komada materijala jedan na drugi, oni mogu uzajamno da se povežu ako imaju dovoljno lepljive kontaktne površine. Međutim, prvi komad materijala i drugi komad materijala mogu dodatno da se povežu odnosno laminiraju da bi se dobila traka materijala sa integrisanom elektronskom komponentom.
[0008] Elektronska komponenta poželjno ima memoriju i najmanje jednu antenu, pri čemu (najmanje jedna) antena može da se koristi za razmenu informacija za upisivanje u memoriju i njeno očitavanje, i po potrebi za napajanje. Posebno poželjno, elektronska komponenta je RFID čip sa najmanje jednom antenom. Prvi komad materijala i drugi komad materijala poželjno se sastoje od nevulkanizirane gume.
[0009] Vezivanje komada materijala sa elektronskom komponentom koja je raspoređena između vrši se poželjno pod dejstvom pritiska, konkretno putem laminiranja. Uzastopno proizvedeni komadi materijala zatim mogu da se postave na jednostranu lepljivu traku, odnosno na noseći list, koji se zatim namotavaju u rolnu. Na taj način, komadi materijala prilikom proizvodnje pneumatika -na primer, u drugoj fabrici - automatskim postupkom mogu ponovo da se skinu sa rolne.
[0010] U svrhu pronalaska, traka materijala je generalno poželjno dizajnirana da bude povezana sa gumom radi proizvodnje pneumatika.
[0011] Postupak prema pronalasku za proizvodnju trake materijala generalno poželjno uključuje završni korak, u kome se proizvedena traka materijala povezuje sa gumom radi proizvodnje pneumatika.

Detaljni opis otelotvorenja
[0013] Sl. 5 prikazuje horizontalnu projekciju trake materijala 13 sa integrisanom elektronskom komponentom 3 prema otelotvorenju predmetnog pronalaska. Pošto je integrisana elektronska komponenta 3 raspoređena između dva komada materijala, ona se spolja ne vidi. Na Slici 5, prikaz elektronske komponente 3 može da se vidi samo kao prikaz njene pozicije u trakama materijala 13.
[0014] Elektronska komponenta 3 prema predmetnom pronalasku poželjno ima memoriju i najmanje jednu antenu 12, pri čemu antena odnosno antene mogu da se koriste za razmenu informacija za upisivanje u memoriju i/ili njeno očitavanje, i po potrebi za napajanje. Posebno poželjno, elektronska komponenta je RFID čip 11 sa dve antene 12 (vidi Sl.5).
[0015] Traka materijala sa integrisanom elektronskom komponentom može da ima dužinu od 30 do 150 mm, posebno od 50 do 120 mm, nadalje poželjno od 50 do 70 mm. Širina iznosi, na primer, od 3 do 50 mm, posebno od 5 do 20 mm, nadalje poželjno od 8 do 12 mm. Visina iznosi, na primer, od 0,3 do 4 mm, posebno od 0,5 do 1 mm, nadalje poželjno od 0,6 do 0,8 mm.
[0016] Sl.1 prikazuje uređaj sa uređajem za sečenje 1 i uređajem 2 za postavljanje elektronske komponente 3 na list materijala 4 prema otelotvorenju predmetnog pronalaska. List materijala 4 sastoji se od nevulkanizirane gume.
[0017] List materijala 4 se dovodi pomoću uređaja 5 za dovlačenje lista materijala. List materijala 4 se pri tome prvo namotava na rolnu 4a i pomoću uređaja za dovlačenje se odmotava i preko poželjno pokretanog skretnog valjka ili transportera 6 se dovodi do uređaja za sečenje 1.
[0018] List materijala 4 se zatim pokriva intermedijernom folijom ili zaštitnim materijalom 7. Ovaj zaštitni materijal 7 je uklonjen u predelu skretnog valjka 6, na primer oko skretnog lima ili klina 8, da bi se zaštitni materijal 7 povukao sa lista materijala 4. Zaštitni materijal 7 onda može da se preusmeri preko dodatnog skretnog valjka 9 i da se namotava preko rolne 10.
[0019] Pojedinačne elektronske komponente 3 se zatim postavljaju između blister trake 14a i blister folije 14b, koje su namotane na rolnu 15. Blister traka 14a i blister folija 14b se sa elektronskim komponentama 3 odmotavaju sa rolne 15. Blister traka 14a se zatim namotava pomoću rolne 16a, a blister folija 14b se namotava pomoću rolne 16b. Blister folija 14b se pri tome preusmerava pomoću skretnog lima ili klina 18, a blister traka 14a se preusmerava pomoću pritisnog elementa 17. Pritisni element 17 je izdužen, sa poželjno okruglim ili ovalnim poprečnim presekom.
[0020] Mada se elektronske komponente 3 u prikazanom otelotvorenju namotavaju na rolnu, one prema pronalasku mogu da se dopremaju i na blister pločama.
[0021] Pritisni element 17 se graniči sa prenosnim mehanizmom 18. Pojedinačne elektronske komponente se iz tog područja ( u kome se blister traka 14a i blister folija 14b razdvajaju jedna od druge) prenose na list materijala 4. Prenosni mehanizam 18 poželjno ima obrtnu rolnu 20 i fiksnu magnetnu zonu 19 raspoređenu u rolni 20. Elektronska komponenta se pomoću magnetne sile drži na rolni 20 i zatim se automatski oslobađa da bi ostala na listu materijala 4.
[0022] Umesto prethodno opisanog prenosnog mehanizma 18, on može biti konstruisan i sa delimično magnetskim kaišem (umesto delimično magnetske rolne) ili kao mehanizam sa sistemom za hvatanje.
[0023] List materijala 4 se zatim pomoću uređaja za sečenje 1 seče na pojedinačne komade materijala. Ovaj uređaj za sečenje može biti konstruisan na više načina, na primer sa kontinualnim nožem (npr. probojnim nožem ili nožem tipa giljotine), koji se kreće odozgo nadole, sa rotacionim nožem koji se kreće poprečno na list materijala, ili nožem koji se nalazi na rotacionoj rolni (takozvani Cross-Cutter).
[0024] Uređajem za sečenje upravlja upravljački uređaj (ovde nije prikazan) na takav način da se naizmenično seče prvi komad materijala 21a na kome se ne nalazi elektronska komponenta 3, a zatim drugi komad materijala 21b na kome se nalazi elektronska komponenta 3.
[0025] Sl. 2 prikazuje uređaj za sečenje 1 i uređaj 22 za podizanje komada materijala prema otelotvorenju predmetnog pronalaska. Uređaj 22 podiže prvi komad materijala 21a (bez elektronske komponente), tako da drugi komad materijala 21b sa elektronskom komponentom može da se rasporedi ispod prvog komada materijala. Zatim se prvi komad materijala 21a ponovo spušta, tako da je elektronska komponenta 3 raspoređena odnosno smeštena između dva komada materijala 21a, 21b. Uređaj 22 uz to može da ima mehanički hvatač ili vakuum hvatač.
[0026] Sl.3 prikazuje uređaje prema otelotvorenju predmetnog pronalaska, koji su raspoređeni ushodno ili nishodno od uređaja za sečenje. Posle uređaja 22, za podizanje komada materijala raspoređena su dva valjka uređaja 23 za povezivanje dva komada materijala, kako bi se dobila traka materijala 13 sa integrisanom elektronskom komponentom. Ovaj uređaj 23 je poželjno uređaj za laminiranje, tako da se komadi materijala sa elektronskom komponentom raspoređenom između njih uzajamno povezuju pod dejstvom pritiska.
[0027] Nadalje može biti predviđen uređaj 24, da bi prenosio informacije elektronskoj komponenti 3 (tačnije: preko najmanje jedne antene 12 na memoriju elektronske komponente) odnosno da bi se testiralo funkcionisanje elektronske komponente 3. Pored toga može biti predviđen i uređaj za inspekciju namenjen za kontrolu kvaliteta trake materijala, tj. RFID oznake 13 i uređaj za odbacivanje namenjen za odvajanje neispravnih traka materijala ili RFID oznaka 13.
[0028] Sl. 4 prikazuje uređaj za namotavanje traka materijala (13) sa integrisanom elektronskom komponentom na jednostrano lepljivu transportnu traku odnosno noseću traku 25 prema otelotvorenju predmetnog pronalaska. Trake materijala odnosno RFID oznake se pomoću rolne 27 pritiskaju na noseću traku. Zatim se noseća traka 25 zajedno sa trakama materijala 13 odnosno RFID oznakama namotava na rolnu 26 kako bi - po potrebi nakon transporta - mogla lako da se isporuči u fabriku pneumatika na automatizovani način.
[0029] U fabrici pneumatika, traka materijala 13 sa integrisanom elektronskom komponentom 3 spaja se sa gumom radi proizvodnje pneumatika i zajedno se vulkanizuje, tako da je elektronska komponenta na kraju integrisana u pneumatik.
[0030] Mada se u prethodno objašnjenom primeru otelotvorenja elektronske komponente 3 ispred uređaja za sečenje stavljaju na list materijala 4, takođe je moguće da se elektronska komponenta 3 posle uređaja za sečenje stavlja na već isečeni komad materijala 21a, 21b.
[0031] Pored toga, prema predmetnom pronalasku je moguće da se elektronska komponenta stavi na prvi komad materijala 21a (umesto drugog komada materijala), odnosno na deo lista materijala 4 koji se onda iseca kao prvi komad materijala 21a, i da se zatim drugi komad materijala 21b stavi na prvi komad materijala 21a.

Claims (8)

Patentni zahtevi
1. Postupak za proizvodnju trake materijala (13) sa integrisanom elektronskom komponentom (3), koji obuhvata sledeće korake:
dovođenje lista materijala (4) koji se prvo namotava na rolnu (4a) i odmotava se pomoću uređaja za dovlačenje (5),
isecanje prvog komada materijala (21a) sa lista materijala (4),
isecanje drugog komada materijala (21b) sa lista materijala (4),
postavljanje elektronske komponente (3) na prvi komad materijala (21a) ili na drugi komad materijala (21b),
postavljanje drugog komada materijala (21b) na prvi komad materijala (21a) odnosno prvog komada materijala (21a) na drugi komad materijala (21b), tako da elektronska komponenta (3) bude prihvaćena između prvog komada materijala (21a) i drugog komada materijala (21b),
pri čemu prvi komad materijala (21a) i drugi komad materijala (21b) imaju nevulkaniziranu gumu ili se sastoje od nevulkanizirane gume.
2. Postupak prema zahtevu 1, pri čemu se isecanje prvog komada materijala (21a) i drugog komada materijala (21b) vrši istovremeno.
3. Postupak prema zahtevu 1 ili 2, koji dalje obuhvata korak povezivanja prvog komada materijala (21a) sa drugim komadom materijala (21b), kako bi se dobila traka materijala (13) sa integrisanom elektronskom komponentom (3).
4. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva, pri čemu se isecanje drugog komada materijala (21b) vrši nakon što se iseče prvi komad materijala (21a).
