Abstract

Postupak kaustifikacije Bayer-ovih lužino u rafineriji aluminijuma, reakcijom kreča sa aluminatnim jonima u Bayerovoj lužini, naznačen time, što kreč reaguje sa aluminatnim jonima u Bayer-ovoj lužini u koraku (I) na temperaturi od 25°C do 100° da bi nastale suštinski samo hidrokalumitne vrste i hidroksidni joni; i zagrevanja navedenih hidrokalumitnih vrsta u kontaktu sa Bayerovom lužinom u koraku (ii) na temperaturi u opseg u od 10°C do 180oC, tako da se izazove da hidrokalumitne vrste reaguju sa lužinom gradeći kalcijumkarbonat, aluminatne jone i hidroksidne jone, pri čemu se dobija kaustifikovana Bayer-ova lužina, pri čemu Bayer-ova lužina iz koraka (ii) obuhavata Bayer-ovu lužinu iz koraka (i) ili je različita lužina u odnosu na Bayer-ovu lužinu iz koraka (i).
