UNA VEZ QUE SE SEPARA EL LICOR NEGRO EN EL PROCESO DE TIPO ALCALINO ORDINARIO PARA LA ELABORACION DE PULPA, SE INTRODUCE EN DICHO LICOR NEGRO MINERAL BAUXITA PRA PRODUCIR EL COMPUESTO INTERMEDIO ALUMINATO SODICO QUE REACCIONA CON LA SILICE DEL LICOR NEGRO FORMANDO UN PRECIPITADO DE SODALITA. SE SEPARA ESTE PRECIPITADO DE SODALITA Y SE RETIRA DE LA CORRIENTE DEL PROCEDIMIENTO. POSTERIORMENTE SE SIGUE CON EL PROCESO DE TIPO ALCALINO QUEMANDOSE EL LICOR NEGRO PARA PROPORCIONAR CENIZA NEGRA Y DEMAS ETAPAS DE QUE SE COMPONE DICHO PROCESO. SE UTILIZA CUANDO LA MATERIA PRIMA ESTA CONTAMINADA CON SILICE SOLUBLE.
