Abstract
Inventia se refera la un mecanism de orientare de tip brat multiarticulat, destinat robotilor industriali de vopsire, sudare, montaj etc. Mecanismul este alcatuit dintr-o înseriere de elemente mobile, articulate între ele prin cuple de rotatie si antrenate cu unghiuri de rotatie egale, prin transmisii cu roti dintate cilindrice. Pentru antrenarea elementulu mobil final, de care se fixeaza, de exemplu, un piston de vopsit sau un prehensor, se utilizeaza un arbore de intrare si un angrenaj cu roti dintate conice. Miscarea este preluata de un tren de roti dintate cilindrice si condusa a un angrenaj cu roti dintate conice, aflate în interiorul penultimului element mobil ale mecanismului. Datorita acestei constructii, se obtin unghiuri de rotatie relativa mari între elementele mobile componente, fapt ce asigura marirea spatiului de lucru al robotului.
