Abstract
Inventia se refera la o compozitie pe baza de polipropilena ignifugata pentru fibre textile si tehnice, prezentând caracteristici de inflamabilitate redusa. Conform inventiei, polipropilena în stare topita este aditivata la un regim termic de 170...205 degree C, utilizând un sistem ignifugant format din metilfosfonat de dimetil 1,0...12,0% fata de masa de polimer si/sau tris-(2-cloretil) fosfat 1,0...10% fata de masa de polimer, în prezenta sau absenta trioxidului de stibiu în concentratie de pâna la 1,2% fata de polimer. Aditivarea se realizeaza într-o singura faza, pe un extruder cu extrudere dubla, obtinându-se polimer omogen cu bune proprietati de fiabilitate, fara adaos suplimentar de plastifinati.
