Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a aminoacilazei, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca microorganismul Aspergillus oryzae, înregistrat în colectia Institutului "dr. I.Cantacuzino " Bucuresti la nr.108/73 se cultiva pe un mediu de cultura ce contine tarâte de grâu, faina de fasole si saruri organice alese dintre fosfat monopotasic si clorura de cobalt la pH = 5,5 si temperatura de 28 degree C, timp de 48 ... 96 h, dupa care biomasa se filtreaza prin pamânt poros se centrifugheaza si din lichidul obtinut se separa enzima prin tratare cu sulfat de amoniu la concentratia 70%, se centrifugheaza, se dizolva enzima în apa distilata, se trece solutia prin coloana cromatografica umpluta cu gel de tip dextran reticulat pentru salifiere se concentreaza în vid la temperatura de 25 degree C si apoi se stabilizeaza prin adaugare de aditivi alesi dintre Kieselgur, dextrina, clorura de sodiu sau magneziu, în concentratie de 60%.
