Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a aminoacilazei si proteazei, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca microorganismului Aspergillus oryzae, înregistrat în colectia Institutului "dr. I.Cantacuzino ", Bucuresti la nr.108/73, se cultiva pe un mediu de cultura constituit din coji de orez, tarâte de grâu, saruri minerale alese dintre fosfat monopotasic si clorura de cobalt si apa distilata, la pH = 9 si temperatura de 28 degree C timp de 80 ... 100 h, dupa care biomasa obtinuta este amestecata cu apa distilata în raport 1 : 10, se filtreaza si din extractul obtinut se separa cele doua enzime prin precipitare fractionata cu sulfat de amoniu la concentratia 70% pentru aminoacilaza si 90 % pentru proteaza, solutiile enzimatice obtinute sunt trecute printr-o coloana cromatografica cu gel de tip dextran reticulat si apoi concentrate în vid la temperatura de 25 degree C.
