Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de emulsionare a uneliurilor minerale utilizate pentru ungerea masinilor textile, folosind un amestec sinergetic de emulgatori de tip A (linear alchilsulfonat de claciu în care alchil = C12 - C18) si elumagtor de tip 1603 (alcool cetilic etoxilat cu 3 mol etilenoxid). Amestecarea are loc la temperatura de 45 - 50 degree timp de 30-45 min. Produsele obtinute sunt perfect lavabile fiind îndepartate de pe materialul textil prin operatiile obisnuite din industrie.The invention relates to a process for the emulsification of mineral wool used for the lubrication of textile machines using a synergistic blend of type A emulsifiers (C12 -C18 linear alkylsulfonate in which alkyl = C12 -C18) and eluminant type 1603 (cetyl alcohol ethoxylated with 3 mol of ethylene oxide). Mixing takes place at 45-50 degrees for 30-45 minutes. The products obtained are perfectly washable and are removed from the fabric by the usual industry operations.
