Abstract
Inventia se refera la obtinerea de catalizatori si în special, un bloc de catalizator promotat, granulat si la un procedeu pentru obtinerea sa. Blocul de catalizator de oxid de fier promotat, granulat pentru sinteza amoniacului, prezinta urmatoarea compozitie, în procente în greutate; catalizator de oxid de fier promotat, granulat 84,0....94,5 aluminat al unui metal alcalino-pamantos 5,0...15,0 elemente de armare-0,5...1,0.Catalizatorul de oxid de fier promotat, granulat conform inventiei, se amesteca cu suspensia apoasa a aluminatului unui metal alcalino-pamantos într-un raport de masa dintre aluminat si apa de 1 : 1.....1 : 9, masa de catalizator rezultata este modelata cu introducerea de elemente de armare în ea, masa de catalizator modelata este supisa tratamentului termic la o temperatura de 150....300 degree C, cat si uscarii la o temperatura de 150...200 degree C. Inventia poate fi utilizata în productia de amoniac.
