Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru formarea prin injectie a unor produse din amidon nativ, în special a capsulelor, conform caruia, amidonul nativ avînd un continut de apa de 5-30% în greutate si eventual 1-60% în greutate materiale de umplutura, 0,001-10% în greutate lubrefianti, 0,5-40% în greutate plastifianti si 0,001-10% în greutate agenti de colorare, se plastifiaza la temperatura de 80...240 degree C si la presiune de 600x10 la puterea 5...300x10 la a cincea N/m2 si se injecteaza într-o forma racita, dupa care produsul solid este extras din forma.
