Abstract

Se producen formas de dosificacion farmaceuticas, mediante el moldeo por inyeccion de una mezcla de un agente activo y un polimero bajo presion, en la presencia de un gas o un fluido supercritico; la liberacion rapida de la presion causa que la mezcla forme un solido microcelular o supermicrocelular, la liberacion de la presion tiene lugar en el molde; el procedimiento es especialmente util para producir tabletas durables de disolucion instantanea y gastrorretentivas.
