Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un proceso para la impregnacion de polimeros reticulados con un ingrediente activo. El proceso se basa en el uso de fluidos comprimidos, en particular CO2, con efecto antidisolvente e involucra las etapas de impregnacion del polimero con una solucion del ingrediente activo, adicion de un fluido comprimido hasta la precipitacion del ingrediente activo causada por el efecto antidisolvente del fluido comprimido, remocion del disolvente y el fluido comprimido. El proceso permite obtener formulaciones farmaceuticas de liberacion acelerada que, comparado con las formulaciones ya conocidas, contienen mayores cantidades del ingrediente activo amorfo o nanocristalino.
